The property is near the two major national parks, Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National and only 3 miles from Cedar Breaks National Monument. This is our third visit to the property. It’s specially nice in the Summer the daytime temperatures are in 70s. Coming from Arizona this is a great respite for us.

We stayed in one of the villas and frankly the windows could use curtains. The Venetian blinds let in too much early morning sunlight. The restaurant is extremely expensive i.e. 16oz Ribeye steak $59.00. I mean it’s not Morton’s or Mastro’s. Of course one can choose not to go there as we did.

We have stayed here a number of times and are always pleased with our room and the guest services personnel. They always meet our location requests whenever possible.

This is the first time in all of our visits that we have found anything wrong but the staff took care to see that it was corrected. The room was not completely cleaned. when we arrived. The beds were made but the old sheets etc were bundled and sitting on one of the chairs. The toiletries were all gone, there was no dish washing soap and the trash had not been taken out. Also there were no towels. Again guest services once informed got right on correcting things and was very apologetic for the situation.

We loved the indoor pool/hot tub area and spent much of our time there. We also loved having the small kitchenette in our room. It was neat and clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Bathrooms were also well appointed and very clean.

The entrances to the secondary building we stayed in were hard to find and unwelcoming. You had to guess which doors to go through and nothing was labeled. I couldn't find a main entrance that looked like it was meant for guests. Once we found elevator access from the parking garage level and got to our floor, the hallways were dark and dated with old carpeting and too-dim lights. They also smelled unpleasantly of fried food. Luckily the rooms were clean and bright and redeemed the experience for us. Lastly, we wished the coffee bar, which looked lovely, was open on the Thursday morning that we checked out. It's only open on weekends.

After having a hard experience in a different place, all that I wanted was to have something memorable to remember. Being at Brian Head for the first time, my first impression was at front desk.. Jairus was super nice, kind, went through everything with us and was amazing! What great customer service! My first impression was wonderful !! I liked my room and i felt so peaceful, relaxed and grateful for being there. The Jacuzzi or hot tub helped me heal some neck pain that i was having earlier because of tubing. All staff were perfect! This place looks like have the best selection of professionals just in one place. After having a question about my booking, I was connected with Brittzy. Wow! This manager was amazing! She went above and beyond and has demonstrated an unmatched customer service for a high end management position. I admire this type of professional because she wasn't only there to listen what I had to say, but she found solutions to solve a problem and went above to make us guests to feel satisfied. I can't express in words my gratitude for Brittzy and how valuable and recognizable her efforts were. I work at Courthouse and I just have seen this type of professional at court or at a high end facility. Because of their strong positive impression that I had about Jairus and Brittzy, I will definitely come back and recommend Cedar breaks lodge to my friends. If I had a company I would definitely hire them to work for me in a leadership capacity.

I liked everything!!!!

great location, spacious rooms Cindy is wondering at the front desk!!

I tried to extend one more night and the staff told me to book it on booking.com and they will fix it in the morning so I can stay in my room. unfortunately in the morning my room was booked and the manager Theresa gave me the option to move rooms or check out which was very discouraging to me. so I rearranged my plans and checked out. I was hoping since they told me the day before that they would accommodate me and that is why I decided to stay and then the next morning the manager Theresa was not accommodating. I was very disappointed. The staff member that was very nice and helpful during our stay was Cyndi.

The location was great. The hot tub was nice, but crowded.

The pathway from building 3 was not properly shoveled. When walking at night to and from the restaurant and pool area, it felt dangerous. The hand rails were buried under displaced snow and only half the width was shoveled.

the rooms were beautiful. the pool was amazing. it’s a great location. all of the staff, including the staff in the restaurant were so kind.

everything closes pretty early. they have a place by check in with water, drinks and snacks, but for some reason it’s under some kind of construction and they wouldn’t sell anything in their fridges there. so there was no where to buy water or anything after 6:00. I don’t like drinking tap water, so it was a little inconvenient. the tv also had about half of their channels not working including all of the kids channels. we didn’t have our kids, so it wasn’t too terrible.

We come here every year for adventure, it is easy for our family of seven to stay in the grand suites, with a bed for everyone. The kitchen is great for cooking breakfast and reheating up dinner foods. This year we had some food at the restaurant. The staff was helpful and the food was done without a long wait. The have nice underground parking for our minivan with a roof box (2 inches to spar) There is always good snow up here to sled, ski, or just roll around in. We love the amenities- the pool is very fun to hang out in and get warm with snow piles outside the window.d

The staff is great. They are helpful and ready to be of service. Sometimes a few of the games are shut down, but they have other options and work on getting the activities back up and running.

We reported that the window in our room was broken and they responded quickly and upgraded us to a better room. Nice of them. Room was clean, it has all the necessary utensils and small appliances that feels like it is your own apartment. Towels were soft and clean. Sauna and jacuzzi was amazing.

The restaurant at hotel was not in service during our stay and there were no restaurant nearby. There is only one shop across the hotel and we were able to buy microwavable food.

The kitchenette was well equipped with plates, glasses, utensils, dish soap, etc. My wife was delighted to finally have TWO chairs at the table... she complains that most places lack chairs in the room, that you end up sitting on the bed or a sofa when eating unless you're alone. The bath area had adequate towels and washcloths. A big plus for us was having underground parking and elevators. We didn't use the Fitness Center, but it looked amazingly clean and well equipped.

I was waylaid by Acute Mountain Sickness, which cleared up with taking ibuprofen for the headaches and drinking plenty of fluids. Be aware that Brian Head is one of the towns with minimal signage on the businesses!
