The configuration of the room worked well for our family. We had two king rooms and with the extra sofa bed it was perfect for the size of our group. The separation between the sitting area and bed provided some privacy which was nice for those that wanted to stay up later.

The room was noisy. We were located on the first floor at the end of the hallway. One room was next to the laundry room and the other next to a stairwell. We could hear the guests walking overhead as well. White noise was needed to drown out all the noise.

Great staff and nice breakfast. Very clean. Lighted parking area. Great when returning from night scheduled Shakespeare performances. Cedar City has an excellent Shakespeare festival during the summer. Staff was cordial. As an example, Paula greeted all guests for the buffet breakfast She makes sure all guests are comfortable.

We checked in, and the receptionist was smiling and friendly. The room was spacious, and the beds were quite comfortable. The hotel rooms were quiet and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and organized.

We had a QR code for our housekeepers tip, yet she did not show up on the page the code took us to, so we couldn't tip her (we don't carry cash)

The lady that kept the breakfast buffet filled and refilled was very nice and friendly. Of all my travels over the past 40 years, she is the best. Just sorry she was not working yesterday, 4/24/24, when we checked out.

This is a very nice hotel, which was clean and quiet. The breakfast was better than most. It's nothing fancy, but very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is better than other 3-star chain hotels. Large room with a chair and a sofa so both of us can sit. Room is quiet and comfortable.

When we arrived is was completely dark but the entrance sign and the external lights were not on. I have to back up a little on the street to find my way into the driveway and then unload in the dark. It might be a timer setting issue since the lights were on later.

Receptionist was awesome and accommodating even to a special request for an empty garbage bag.

The room was a little small. The television was awkwardly placed too.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The location was handy in relation to the Shakespeare Festival and state and national parks. It was very family friendly and quiet.

It would be good to have more exercise equipment. However if you are outdoors there is plenty of physical activities to participate in with your group throughout the immediate areas.

Everything was great! Everything you’d expect from a great hotel. All the amenities, clean, comfortable, no issues!

Breakfast seemed a little lacking, but continental breakfasts are never that great anywhere!!

The cleanliness and the staff member at the front desk. She was very helpful and kind.

Beds could have been a little softer.
