The suite was comfortable and conveniently located for the things we needed to do in the area

There were some maintenance issues with the room. The lock on the front door of the room often malfunctioned making it difficult to enter the room and close the door. The carpet in the room had an unusual odor. The drain in the shower was partially clogged.

We loved the kitchen with the full sized refrigerator and stovetop with oven and microwave! The size of the room was great and the location was just right off Interstate highway 15. We were so impressed with all the amenities that we will be looking for Town Place Marriott's to stay at again in the future. Oh, the bed was really comfortable, as well.

When we transferred our luggage and stuff on the luggage cart, we had to lift the cart up onto the curb since there was no ramp to roll it up. This was not very convenient. Also, the tv and tv stand were very close to the bed which made it tricky to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom without crashing into it. Also, the eating area for breakfast was very small.

The staff was great and super friendly. They had games to check out and they gave each of my kids a toy. The lady in charge of breakfast was the most upbeat lady ever! It's an older building and the pool is small but it was clean and the staff made up for any slight negatives.

Location close to everything we need to do or see or fish

The Sofa Bed needs a new mattress. My mom could feel the springs.

It was comfy, clean and neat.

The location was great. Enjoyed having a kitchen and nice size room. Requested bottom floor due to having service dog and disabled veteran stay in room received it. They did waive the pet fee which was 130 dollars for a week. The breakfast which was provided.

The receptionist was rude who signed us in our room: named Patty. Had a do a pet policy even though we have a service animal. So my husband wrote on it that the animal was not a pet but a service animal. We stayed another night but receptionist did not inform maid service when we came in she was cleaning our room and confused on when we were checking out. The breakfast provided was nice & the other staff was very polite. The room was comfortable but needed some TLC: molding was coming apart, cracks in the sheet rock around/near corners or doors, and rust on some of the fixtures in the bathroom.

Staff was nice, beds are comfortable

Pool is quite small and in the parking lot. Construction was going on and so there was knocking throughout 1 entire day. AC smelled like cigarettes when turned on, we were offered another room but decided to stick it out just because moving everything would have been a hassle since we had just settled in after a long drive. Breakfast was eh. 2 bedroom suites are quite small and have only 1 bathroom, a tight fit for 2 adults and 4 kids. They don't make beds due to still following covid guidelines, they will empty trash and restock paper products. Room was out of conditioner and toilet paper when we got in. Staff is nice whenever we needed anything though. Overall it worked but it wasn't quite what I was expecting I for the price.

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Staff was rude and did not even try to help us when needed.
