Room was in good shape, clean when I arrived and actually I liked that room cleaning service works on demand, so there is no bothering every morning or thinking about when housekeeper will knock on the door.

I didn't like breakfast. I gave it a shot two mornings after I just didn't even go to check. There is a very few options and those few were not on some level.

Everything was perfect. Every staff member was so polite and welcoming. Some of the staff even took the time to remember my name. It felt like home. Dan was exceptionally nice. My wife works at Disney world in Florida. This hotel gave us better service than a lot of Disney resorts. Breakfast was great every morning and housekeeping was on top of everything. When we left and got on the airplane to come home I met some other people who were returning in March and immediately recommended they stay here. They even let my granddaughter swim in the pool with us because she spent a night at the hotel with us. The two ladies making the breakfast were so nice they walked around talking to everyone. We chose this place because of its location to my daughter’s house. But I never expected this kind of service. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Booking.com had the hotel as a pet friendly hotel, which is why we booked the room. Also it was very close to where we were going. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that the hotel did not accept pets. However the person at the desk was very kind and cancelled our reservation without out any issues. If we ever come again without pets, we will look again at staying there.

Omg so clean and beautiful great job house keepers you better get a raise for such a wonderful cleaning job you all do! My room was spectacular. The bed was comfy I do think it needs 2 more pillows but other then that I really enjoyed it and will be back and will for sure recommend this place. I liked everything

We stayed here because it was close to Snowbasin ski resort. The hotel was clean, rooms large and the breakfast adequate.

The hotel is next to a motorway junction, with very few places to eat within walking distance, although the Seven Brothers burger restaurant does a good vegetarian burger. The free breakfast is Ok, but the coffee terrible.

Price gouging because they were the only place with rooms left on Friday night 7/19. The parking is not adequate for the amount of rooms in the hotel and the fact that most guest would be driving due to the location

I booked this hotel based on proximity to Snowbasin and the fact they had a hot tub. First, the staff were friendly and so helpful especially with dining choices. The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was an added bonus and especially that it was a full breakfast. I will definitely stay here on my next trip tp Snowbasin The location to Snowbasin was quick and easy

Absolutely Nothing

The hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful (even gave local recommendations), and the breakfast was PHENOMINAL!

Even though it's located very close to Snowbasin and other ski resorts, the hotel doesn't have easy access to any Ogden public transit, or local restaurants or shops. You'll definitely need a car to get around.

We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful and I love the breakfast room. Great room and it was very clean. They don't clean everyday unless you asked but no problem because I didn't have to worry about that sign everyday.

Our room was clean and big but the King's Room had a slight smell. When it snowed, it appeared worst than what the road was like according to the parking lot. I felt snowed in but the main roads were clear.

Everything was great! This is the first time ever I gave a 10 out of 10 score, but they truly deserve it. The welcome by Dan, the room, the breakfast, the pool - even the checkout with a smile - all combined for a wonderful experience. Thank you.
