The location was central to my actual destination, which was Bountiful. I was there for my father's funeral, and when the front desk heard that, they updated my payment to a medical/funeral status to lower the cost The breakfast bar was great! Lots of choices and they even let me take something to my room for my husband who was sick from altitude sickness due to our drive. The room was clean, the beds were big and comfy and the TV actually worked well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The air conditioner in the room didn't seem to really get as cold as we would have liked. And they didn't tell me about the $75 deposit before we arrived.

We missed the breakfast, but our stay was so pleasantly surprising! We arrived 2 hours before check in, but our room was ready and waiting. Upon entering our room we could smell just a hint of bleach- - you know enough to say it’s clean but not like trying to cover a dead smell! The bed was comfortable, our tv remote AND thermostat worked! Lol We were concerned about noise as our room was right next to the door…. we never heard a thing!

There always has to be something, right? So there can be growth. A laundry bag would have been helpful. There was no pen and paper in the room which I always need..maybe it was there and I just missed it.

This hotel was everything we could ask for! It was clean, the employees are the nicest people, and the breakfast was amazing! The pool was clean and working. Great location as well!

Our room did have a smell of cigarette smoke, however the staff was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make up for it. They are a very pro clean air establishment.

We stayed 2 nights but only ate breakfast one morning which was very good. The beds were comfy. Pool was great. Staff were very nice.

It's a bit confusing to figure out the layout of the hotel. There is no elevator to the 4th floor which makes getting luggage to the room difficult, but we managed. Still had a great stay.

We found that our room, and the building we were in, were quiet and we never heard anyone else while in our room. The access to Salt Lake City was quick and easy.

The only thing was the the building layout was crazy but luckily after the 1st time to get breakfast we figured it out and didn't have a problem.

Location was great! Bed was comfortable. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

The bathroom floors needed cleaning. There was a thick layer of dust on the bottom part of the desk. It was clean other than that.

The location is perfect for visiting Salt Lake City. It is a quick ride to the city and there are plenty of food options close by. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and breakfast was standard.

The breakfast could have been better.

Breakfast was excellent---especially the pancake machine!! The location was perfect as we were there for a wedding that was only 1 mile away. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very nice.

The hotel has a somewhat strange layout in the the 300 and 400 rooms are in a connected building that does not have an elevator. Also the pool and hot tub area did not look that inviting.

Nice hotel, convenient location, great coffee and breakfast.

My key card was disabled every day and I had to get it re activated to get in.

The staff was friendly. We like the family suite for our family. The pool was decent not too chlorinated smell, and clean. Breakfast was good.

It was noisy, the location of the room, especially early in the morning. Also checkout was at 12, but housekeeping kept coming by between 10-1130am.
