I had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed, from cozy bedding to quality toiletries. The location was ideal. It was close to everything Park City offers, which made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. Overall, I was very impressed and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the whole team for making my time there so pleasant!

The room was great and I thought the staff was great. I like the area and the easy access to the location in the area. I make it a point to reserve a room in this specific location.

It would have been nicer if they had put down a non-skid strip in the bottom of the tub. I had trouble trying to stand up and get out of the tub after a bath. I was afraid of fall down. Grateful no one slipped while taking a shower in the morning.

Breakfast was good. Like that it stays open until 10

Nothing except it should be required that motels should have two elevators. In morning when people are leaving or going to breakfast housekeeping needs them also. Two would be much better. If this one had two I apologize but stayed at quite a few.

It was a beautiful trip. The only thing I would change was the breakfast I was so looking forward to the pancakes like it showed and said omelettes but didn’t have it. Everything else was truly amazing. The stuff at the desk was very accommodating and amazing I would definitely come back.

The pancake maker wasn’t working and didn’t have omelettes. That’s all.

Check in and check out were simple, the room was spacious and clean. they were able to accommodate rooms next to one another. The hotel is very close to plenty of coffee and restaurants and stores. Easy to the slopes and close to Woodward park. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub too

Property is slightly tired and the kitchen features were clearly crammed in after the fact. unlike other similar places, there are no dishes or utensils in the room so cooking is discouraged although the manager did get us the essentials from the breakfast area. Also, the middle-of-the-night delivery of the bill was accompanied by talking in the hall which woke us and the dog. why do they even do this - just email it.

I loved the pool and hot tub and how friendly the staff was.

In the middle of the night a cop car went off and woke us up, and we weren’t able to watch any of the dvd’s we brought because there were no dvd players. And the tub wouldn’t hold water.

Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and towels, in-room HVAC worked great, both heat and A/C, lots of water from the shower head.

Front desk staff person surly, sorry I interrupted your personal phone call with my check-in, dude. Hallway noise excessive.

bed was comfortable, very clean, friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was excellent.

there was no hot water. we took our showers at 6am and their was no hot or even water for the shower. Luke warm wouldn’t even describe it. not sure if it was too many people showering at the same time or just something not set right so this needs to be fixed.
