Room was private and very quiet. I enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. The tub in the room was not that big but was adequate.

Parking was very far away from the room. The extra 200 hold for the resort was not mentioned when I booked the room.

The rooms were very dirty. There is an apparent layer of dust on every surface, which makes it feel like the place wasn’t really clean. The shower had about a foot on the bottom of the stall and the shower door of built up soap scum, which also made the place feel unsanitary. Our first morning there, we had two WP staff enter our room to check glass inventory and to check for repair items for the off season. Both times, they opened the door at the same time they knocked. I was able to meet the first person at the door, but the second one came in while I was using the bathroom, and the bathroom door was open for her to see me. Those instances made the place feel not trustworthy.

Amenities of the entire facility and within the condo. Attention to detail on what needs may arise. Had plenty of supplies. Bonus was the jacuzzi tub!

The master toilet was a bit dirty when you lift the lid. The parking was brutal. Far walk and the facility was using a portion of the parking lot for their headquarters to refurbish rooms and their maintenance. But even if that wasn’t going on the walk was very far. Upon checkout day there was only one of four elevators working and everyone in the moose tower was complaining. Master suite bed headboard had dust.

Loved the extra towels, kitchenette supplies, bonus water botttles & candy bar in the fridge, big soap and shampoo in bath, and 2 tvs. The pool, forum, and general location was excellent. LOVED the festival, shops, music, events and free gondola rides. Didn’t know there would be a festival.

Sleep 4 was great but we were literally on top of each other. Did not realize the room would be quite so small. The ventilation in living/sofa bed area was very stuffy and warm when doors to bedroom were closed. No bluray player on big tv in kitchen, only on small tv in bedroom where you could barely see the screen from an angle between the two armoires. Not enough USB plugs. Decor could use updating. But overall ok. Got lost A LOT between parking garages, pools, lobby, or other destinations. Like a human rat maze. But we eventually got it.

Location

No fan in bathroom in a 360sq foot unit is surprising for a high end resort property. maybe could be improved? The place was small and not as updated the photos show, but location and overall comfort of the resort helps balance it out. The rental agency was incredible at handling all concerns and made staying there easy, thank you. The shower door could be replaced (?) just aesthetically a bit too much of calcium deposits, but the hot steamer works so beautifully that in a way it’s all forgivable. The mountain is beautiful and as long as there cleanliness and courtesy - the stay no matter how perfect or not, it worked. Thank you

perfect location with great amenities for the the whole family! we loved the indoor/outdoor pool and swimming in the warm pool while it snowed! the hot tub in the villa was a bonus but the outdoor tubs were wonderful too. The ski valet service and ski locker room were fantastic and one could easily gear up and get your ski equipment right at the gondola or front lobby depending on the need for the day. a brilliant experience all round, we’d love to return soon. The free shuttle service worked well too

This hotel/condo was much better than I anticipated- it is well decorated, offers ski valet to the gondola, although we didn’t really needed it bc its literally 30 seconds walk. We rented the skis from Aloha store which is in the building so it was very convenient. The place offers a heated pool, a sauna, kids play room. The team was very friendly and welcoming, we were able to do early check-in and save our bags until the flight late at night.

The way it’s built is slightly confusing with several parts that each is connected at a different floor, so it takes some time to orient and you need several elevators to get from the room outside.

extremely thoughtfully planned out in terms of space. everything was clean and up to date. bedroom and bathroom were large, kitchen was great and had all essentials. loved having a washer and dryer and fireplace and balcony were added bonuses! last super bonus was that both couches were pullouts so our teenage daughters each had their own bed. resort amenities were excellent. we ordered groceries and they were delivered. ski valet and ski lockers were fantastic. awesome to not to have all of our gear in the room. all staff were extremely helpful and polite. loved that there was a small grocery market in the building and we visited several of the restaurants. everything was excellent.

only downside (completely minor and we were prepared from other reviews) was the building is definitely a little confusing in terms of layout. but we just asked when we were unsure and everyone was always helpful in pointing us in the right direction.

Condo was great! Family of 5 for 2 bedroom perfect. Balcony and fireplace was nice in room. Spa was amazing! Newly remodeled. Aloha sports in hotel was convenient for ski and snowboard rentals. Hotel Concierge which had the skis ready by gondola was great. Walking around village convenient. Complimentary Hotel shuttle to Downtown Park City convenient.

Didn’t know about “secret pool” and hot tub by Bison elevator until last day. It was amazing and easier to get to and less crowded than the main pool.

The locations is amazing, right on top of Canyons Village lifts. Even though the facilities are under going renovation it was not intrusive at all. The noisiest feature was the Pendry’s, next door, ventilation system, which was super loud even through closed doors and windows. The amenities are fantastic, the pools are striking, ski check and nice little marker with everything you need. The condo I stayed in had a steam shower and an in-room jacuzzi which came in handy after 6-7hours on the slopes. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, including a lovely woman who tried to help me find the lobby even though we didn’t speak the same language.
