I love how helpful the staff was about checking us in early without any complications. We flew in for a family wedding and didn't realize there was two My Place Hotels. We ended up at the wrong one first and before realizing we were at the wrong hotel, the staff said they don't allow guests to check in early. We then found out we were at the wrong hotel. When we got to the right My Place Hotel, not only was it closer to the venue, they immediately helped with an early check in for just a $30 fee. They saved the day in our eyes. Going on two hours of sleep, slept through the alarm and didn't get a chance to shower before leaving for the airport, getting denied an early check in to find out we were at the wrong hotel, to giving up hope that we can make it on time to the wedding. Thank you My Place Hotel for helping us make it to our family wedding a little easier. Highly recommend and plan to go back to this Hotel if we're ever back in Salt Lake City

The bedding was soft. There is a full sized fridge, microwave and stove-top. The bathrooms were modern and there was a large mirror on the door for checking yourself out after grooming.

Construction next door was an eyesore and the room we stayed in (with my service dog) smelled like DOG. I understand that being a pet friendly hotel means that you would like to minimize the number of rooms with pets in them. However, there should be a special process for cleaning the rooms to ensure they don’t get “dingy”. Also, be aware that even though the rooms have a full size fridge, microwave, and a stove-top, they do not have utensils, dinner-ware, or cook-ware. But, you could by them in the lobby! Oh, and 1 of 3 working washers and a dryer that needed to be repeated because it didn’t dry our clothes fully.

Loved the room! It had a big fridge, stove top, and sink. The bathroom was big and stylish. The bed was very comfortable.

The only reason I gave this place a 9 and not a 10 is that the staff member we interacted with was possibly bored and so the customer service was poor. At least the check in didn't take too long.

Fantastic staff, fantastic rooms, immaculately clean, dog friendly, great location with restraints, bars, and hockey stadium within walking distance. Also right next to the train stop if you need to zip downtown for any reason. Absolutely loved it. Coming back here every time I visit town.

The only thing I didn't like is one of the side doors key card reader didn't work, but there were still 2 entrances so not a big deal.

I did not have breakfast here. I was happy when I went into my room. It was very clean and had a kitchen (stovetop, family-size refrigerator, and a sink). All these should be highlighted in the advertisements, as traveling families need them. The location is excellent, except for the rail construction, which made navigation difficult.

It's a very clean facility. We got the top floor which was very nice.

When we checked in, the clerk that helped us wasn't friendly. The least she could do is smile. She wasn't very talkative. Most places would tell you when check out time is and what they have like laundry room, snacks, swimming or even breakfast. Not even a thank you or enjoy your stay.

Everything was so great. We take a mini staycation every once in a while and this is by far the best place we've stayed. It was a better price, cleaner and the room was bigger then most of other places we've stayed. It had a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, which was so nice. I base most of my reviews on the comfy-ness of the beds and these were the most comfy beds I have stayed at in a hotel EVER. I will be looking for a My Place whenever we travel. The front desk girl was so nice, I think her name was Chantel, she needs a raise.

The room was very clean. Room had fridge stove and kitchen sink which seems super useful for long stays. Bathroom had standard amenities. The hairdryer at the room was broken, but the staffs responded quickly and gave us a spare dryer.

The room had strong smell of curry food. Breakfast options should be included.

New, clean, modern facility. Room was large and very clean with kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. Value was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if in area.

Location not the best, in a more industrial area. But was quiet and there are some restaurants, stores, and gas stations around.

I really like the breakfast and that we could order it a head of time and have it in our room that morning. Also, the air conditioner was on when we arrived so the room was nice and cool on a hot day.

The grounds were not very appealing but I think they were under construction. A pool would have been great.
