At check in I asked front desk person about where the breakfast was and time. My reservation included breakfast. She basically said no that's not the way it works. Without even checking. It upset me. Next morning at check out the other lady said yes my reservation included breakfast and apologized. Your employees need to make sure they know the reservation. All she had to do was look at computer. Clearly she did not want to go out of her way.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, nice to be able to access Netflix. Perfect location for a stop off from the highway.

The pool was quite small, and would like if there was some restaurant in the hotel, however the staff were very helpful in directing us to other establishments.

Just off I89 easy to get to.

The water pressure in the shower is weak. Not sure if it's a water conservation issue but it's a trickle and makes it a struggle to remove even shampoo from your hair.

Breakfast spread had great variety and the food was fresh.

Pool water was a little cold (we were expecting heated water) but we sucked it up and enjoyed it regardless.

Although we did breakfast off the property. the breakfast facility was clean and comfortable looking. the check in staff were friendly. I had left my shoes in the room and your front clerk Kathy was very helpful to retrieve them. We would stay at this facility again!!!!!

Really liked the walk in shower, with shampoo and bodywash. Beds were comfortable. Room was very quiet. Staff was very nice.

Used to staying where the breakfast is a little more than cereal. But I much rather have comfort than food amenities.

Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable. Nice outdoor fire pit area, but it was early July so it wasn't in use of course. Lots of storage area including a sizeable counter with storage, kind of like a minibar but without the sink. TV had personalized greeting showing when we walked in.

No airport shuttle. Not really around much but hotel itself is nice. Didn't bother me, but bathroom was a walk in shower, not bathtub if that matters to you. We left early, at 5:44 am and coffeeshop was not open yet.

All the construction in the bedroom above me. No breakfast unless you paid for it.

very very clean staff very very friendly greeted every time you walked in the door asked if there was anything they could do for us. The gentleman that checked us in went out of his way to make coffee for my husband even though we told him he didn’t have too.

Nothing EVERYTHING WAS GREAT !!

It must have been due to COVID that the restaurant pool were closed and Starbucks wasnt available

Desk clerk told me where outdoor space was could have been told me that since I had checked out I would need a room key I no longer had to get back into the lobby. I was locked out and a guest who happened to also come outside to sit by firepit fortunately used his roomkey to let me out. Otherwise wonderful stay. I just wish families would be booked first level so kids running around wouldnt be heard by second floor guests
