Always clean, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming during check in and check out. It is my go to place in Burlington.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a 4th floor room due to the extended stay guests, which I completely understand so I ended up on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, whoever was on top of me walked around like he had cinder blocks on his feet. Then the person across the hall who left at 4am had zero regard for other guests and let his door slam. None of this is the hotels fault. It's just irritating when you pay that much for a nice clean room and get zero sleep. People are so rude and inconsiderate.

Friendly staff, inviting, clean. Room was clean. There’s normal wear and tear noticed, but otherwise it’s a nice property. Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was readily available. Best continental breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. Fresh, homemade food, local food, great selection, really good!

Needs just a little cosmetic updating, but nothing that directly affected our stay. The hot tub wasn’t working at first, but maintenance reset the emergency switch asap and all was fine. The first room they had us in had a really unpleasant smell. They switched us to another room asap, no questions asked and apologized profusely. Otherwise, great place!!

Clean, comfy and quiet. Exceptional service by airport shuttle drivers. Traveling w older relative w mobility challenges. Drivers were patient and took extra steps to park shuttle in helpful location.

Hard to complain about plush carpet, but carpet in halls made moving wheeled luggage and luggage cart unnecessarily difficult.

Staff were consistently friendly and responsive. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of foods for every taste. Great location!

It was pretty good. Front desk was friendly.

They could use another elevator at opposite end of the hotel for getting luggage up and down. Getting into the shared pool was a little awkward. They told me to check with other hotels front desk, so I'd spend minutes wearing my suite and towel waiting while those folk were on the phone. An outside gate that is keyed to room cards would be better. Also, a better pool towel procedure would be good. Also, better black out curtains would be good. There was only one corner window in my room but a lot of light got through by 5:30am with current curtains.

no meat the first morning but sausage sandwich second day. The room was bigger then what I was use to in a hotel for price. My room was right by an exit door and it appears most rooms were . Even though my room was the last room in the hallway it was still easy to get to the lobby. I saw the gym room, laundry and pool and they look good.

A nice hotel, much better than the ones in its immediate surraoundings (from previous experience). On leaving, we forgot a mobile phone in the room, that was retreived and returned to the front desk for us to collect the day after - thanks a lot!

Large room, comfy beds, great shower with plenty hot water. Kitchen facilities, fridge, etc very good. Easy parking, good access, nice gym. Varied breakfast choices.

It’s a bit of a soulless corporate experience.

We loved pretty much everything about the property. The staff was amazing, very friendly. we loved the room, the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was so delicious. We were there on a Wednesday so we were there for the complimentary evening snack/ meal which consisted of soup and salad with some bread and light snacks. one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in❤️If you are in Burlington and need a hotel this would be the choice to pick.

The only complaint we had is the running and stomping in the room above. This is in no way the fault of the hotel. Just wish the guests above would have taken into consideration they were in an upper floor. This wasn’t a little running. This was non stop running jumping and stomping hard for about two hours both nights after we went to bed. I’ve stayed in hotels every month for the past two years and never hear guests in other rooms. We were already settled and didn’t want to be “those people” who complained, so we patiently waited for it to stop so we could sleep. Other than that everything was amazing.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful in assisting us with whatever we needed. Front Desk was overly helpful. Overall it was a really nice place to stay. Would definitely return.
