Loved the facilities- very comfortable bed, gorgeous brand new gym stocked with cold water bottles for you, as well as gym towels for your use. Complementary Bikes to use for 2 hours was an unexpected bonus that was available.

Long wait to check-in I arrived at 3:15 and understood when they asked me to wait until the noted 4:00 check-in time, but I was not pleased that it was 4:30 when they finally checked me in. (They did accommodate holding my bags by the lobby bag room, while I waited, so that allowed me to take care of unloading my car).

I reserved a lake view room, and the view of Lake Champlain was amazing. I liked the room, it was spacious, and the decor was pleasant. The bathroom was very clean and the standing shower clean and spacious.

I wish the room had more lighting. Besides the 2 lamps and the reading lights, the room did not have any other lights. I wish it had a couple of ceiling lights with dimmers. The dark walls made the room appear darker. There was a small fridge on top of the closet, which I think is a safety issue, given that it was not held securely.

Great central location, close to downtown and to the lake front. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful views over the lake, especially at sunset, from the mezzanine area. Got the 'to-go' breakfast on our last day which was fast and surprisingly reasonably priced. I appreciated the text message letting me know I could respond with questions or requests. Loved the tea and coffee station on our floor, very convenient.

Our room had no fan or ventilation so when we had a shower, the main bedroom window fogged up and there seemed to be no way to unfog it. Even after going out to dinner and coming back, the room still felt muggy.

We had the most incredible experience here for our anniversary. For starters, the hotel room was beautiful; we had a lake view and it was so wonderful to look out at it every morning. But the staff went above and beyond to celebrate our anniversary, sending a bottle of champagne and some dessert to our room as a gift, with a handwritten note. The location also could not be beat; we were able to walk almost everywhere we went, including right down to the harbor to take a sunset cruise on the Spirit of the Ethan Allen. We can't wait to come back to this hotel!

great staff and location. we liked the the coffee station on the floor and the ease of parking which was reasonably priced. the room and bed were very clean and comfortable with a great view of Lake Champlain. the grab and go breakfast was very well done and with the $25 rebate quite affordable.

The rooms are a bit small but still comfortable. like all the hotels these days the price is way out of line with what was reasonable 6 months ago. But all the chains are gouging so I guess, Hilton is getting in on the game as well.

we had a great experience at this hotel. garage parking was easy, there was a walkway that connected right to the hotel. we stayed in the premium lake view room and the view was incredible! the bed was so comfy and we were shocked at the size of the TV... it was huge! including the view of the lake, our second favorite part was the coffee and sparkling water bar on the floor. there was also hot chocolate and tea provided as well. the pool and hot tub area was nice, the fitness center had dumbbells and cardio machines. we also enjoyed the bar area and liked all the tables and seating. we will be back!

there was nothing we didn’t like

it’s like any comfortable, generic hotel anywhere in the US. It wasn’t remarkable in any way. I can’t even remember the room a week later. It served the purpose. I was comfortable.

They didn’t have enough regular staff to cover the breakfast. They had coffee, pastries and some premade breakfast burritos. They weren’t bad but a regular breakfast would have been better.

Location was excellent for our trip We ran a half marathon and had to take a bus to starting point. We were only a few blocks from pick up point which was a huge help time wise> The view was an added bonus!

Better directions to locate room, elevator confusing to floor level, then no explanation that there would be stairs.

Our only criticism would be that things are not properly marked with signs of how to get to places, specifically the pool and trying to get back to the parking garage upon leaving. Once we eventually found our way to the pool with our grandson, we had to walk through a large private event. We did, however, have the pool to ourselves, probably because no one else could find it.

It had a great location close to church street. They also had a coffee/ water bar on each floor which was AMAZING! Favorite thing about our stay. It was also a very spacious room and had a great little dog area to take our pup out.

They only thing that could have been better was having the bar open on Monday but that is about it. Also, the pillow was not very comfortable.
