great location! The suite was huge and had a nice view. Staff were very friendly. Valet was organized.

minor issues with cleanliness

Hotel has clean and larger rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent, walkable location to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The free shuttle from the airport was a nice perk. We had a lake facing room and the view was stunning. The sunset was incredible.

I wish breakfast was included without an extra fee. A hot tub would’ve been nice after a full day of walking around the University and city.

It would be helpful to have serviettes/plastic spoons, forks and maybe plates in the rooms, (perhaps located in a drawer) for the food we bought in the lobby and microwaved... we ended up using our hands and toilet paper for napkins. Also, access to a phone charger in the lobby would be helpful as well. My car charger broke on the way up from Boston, had no reception when I got to the hotel, and not able to text my daughter who I was visiting in Burlington. It was freeIng and had to run out and buy one at Walgreens.

We liked the restaurant options for both breakfast & dinner. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of most everything (restaurants, comedy club, music venue, shoppes). The hotel has an excersise room, a pool, and valet parking. The rooms are a good size and both the rooms and the entire property are clean. Everyone that worked at the property was great, but we especially liked TEDDY at the front desk!!!

Property is very well situated - walking distance to all the main areas of downtown Burlington. The staff ar very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Plus I like that the housekeeping staff doesn't change the bedsheets every day - unless you ask. Much more ecological.

The layout is a little strange (doubtless planning issues when restoring/building)! It is not clear what the dining options are. In fairness we only used the coffee area in the morning as we were visiting with family the rest of the time.

Fr1²q xers I LIKED EVERYTHING. THE LOCATION, THE MANY RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS AROUNDTHE AREA, THE REALLY BIG BED, THE 4 PILLOWS THEY PROVIDE,THE FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE, THE AIRCON THAT YOU CAN CONTROL TO YOUR`LIKING,AND MOST OF ALL THE BIG BATHROOM WITH DAYLIGHT LIGHTING FIXTURE.

I DIDN'T LIKE THAT THIS HOTEL DIDN'T PROVIDE A FREE COFFEE STATION IN THE LOBBY, NO FREE SHUTTLE PICK UP OR DROP OFF TO THE AMTRAK TRAIN STATION.

love the location, bar is great and rooms are clean and comfy. we had a beautiful view of the lake - will be back. complimentary morning coffee in the lobby is appreciated and breakfast was adequate and reasonably priced. valets are very attentive and car arrives promptly

I loved the location. I also liked the valet parking. The valets were courteous and helpful. The entire staff that I encountered were great.

I didn’t like the mattress. I didn’t like the large dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. I prefer getting the complimentary sizes.

Excellent location in a cool repurposed armory. Nice decor and modern rooms.

Parking was a paid valet service that caught me by surprise. Breakfast buffet was expensive and limited.

The walls do not block much (if any) sound from neighboring rooms. Normal phone conversations were very audible from other rooms.
