Breakfast was fabulous, need to replenish items before people ask though. Very nice staff here. This location is over from Manchester and Arlington. My 2nd visit a few years apart. Wonderful fruit at breakfast buffet, everything tasted great. I would also add some small containers of yogurt to use with the muselix. Alberto is wonderful and hardworking.

tv in the 2 queen bed room was too small, too hard to see as it is farther away from the beds, put minimum 40 inch in there. Had to watch tv on my pc instead. Found 2 tiny black dead bugs in bottom of shower so just removed with a tissue. Freezer in our little fridge needed defrosting-too thick.

Driving up to the property was beautiful , the landscaping was very nice. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. Our room was nice and comfortable. They offered a full breakfast plus omelettes made to order. I stayed in contact with the Innkeeper via text and he was very quick to respond. We will definitely come back again. This was the first time we have visited Vermont (from Texas) and it was amazing. We only stayed one night because we were trying to see as much of Vermont in a few days as possible but next time we will stay longer.

The property was nicely furnished as compared to other motels, and exceedingly clean. Yes, there is a “resort fee” that is attached to the base price but we will gladly pay this fee as we enjoyed the grounds, and the breakfast with made to order omelets was superior—fresh fruit, quick breads, musli, cereals, freshly made and always hot coffee—we’ve stayed at hotel chains upwards of $200.00!per nite that weren’t this good. The breakfast area is spacious and we never felt rushed. Most noteworthy was the exceptionally friendly and professional staff, and in particular Alberto. What a gracious and welcoming host. He’s the main reason we are already thinking up an excuse to return to the area and stay at Arcady!

You won't find a more amicable and amiable host than Alberto of Arcady Lounge. All our requests were responded to with a smile. He and his team are dedicated to customer satisfaction. He really seems to love owning this motel! And the daily breakfast was a nice treat: Two types of bread, cereal, cheese, a changing fruit assortment, good coffee, and the highlight: farm-fresh eggs from the motel's own chickens, served any way you likie.

The AC could have been a bit more powerful.

Alberto was amazing. He allowed me to change the date of my stay. He greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly and professional. The free breakfast was excellent. They make very tasty omelettes to-order. Granola, rice pudding, and fresh fruit were also scrumptious. One lodger remarked it was the best continental breakfast they've had. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The beds are memory foam, toilets are Kohler with quiet close seats, and sinks are Glacier Bay. Generous bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Parking right in front of your room if convenient. Stratton is ~45 min away. Bennington is ~20 mins away. Had a great dinner with amazing live music at Kevin's Pub.

Gorgeous little motor lodge tucked away just 10 min from Manchester! The property was easy to find and our late “check in” was great. It’s so beautiful and quaint. The rooms are well furnished and look adorable. It’s easy to find your room and park outside. And in the morning there is a wonderful home cooked full Continental breakfast with custom omelette (made from the eggs of the chickens on the property). Plus it’s family owned :)

Could not figure out the heater! Room was a good temperature regardless, and there were extra blankets. Did not bother us (we love chickens) but if you are a light sleeper or unaccustomed to animals, you are tucked in to the foot of the mountains and there are roosters near the property. I slept through everything but consider ear plugs or a sound machine if necessary.

Stayed here twice already. The place was really nice and clean with a refrigerator, which was very handy. Really enjoyed the ham and cheese omelette for breakfast with amazing fruit. The fruit was the freshest that I have seen. Easy check-in if arriving late.

Adjoining rooms have very thin walls. Even if the neighbors are speaking in normal conversation, the sound carries pretty well. Because of this, the room feels less private.

The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel that offers "breakfast included" in the cost of the room. The management team at Arcady Mountain Motor Lodge offered fresh fruit, local jams, on-site-made granola (I wish they would market their granola), artisan breads, fresh orange juice, and freshly made eggs in a variety of styles to your liking (scrambled, poached, over easy, and omelettes with your choice of veggies, ham and/or cheese). The omelettes were freshly made, light, moist and delicious. The rooms were very clean, the linens were fresh, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was finished with new, white tile, and the shower was a comfortable sized. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner were provided. There were fresh, clean, fluffy towels provided each day of our stay. The manager, Armando ( I hope I got his name correctly) and staff took great care to make sure we were satisfied. They were kind and attentive. The grounds were well-lit, with hanging baskets of fresh flowers all around the property. The landscaping was done with care. There were fire pits and outdoor seating available behind the lodge. There are also dozens of various types of chickens and ducks in a large fenced area that might appeal to children of all ages. I am usually not a fan of roadside, motel-style accommodations. However, the Arcady Mountain Motor Lodge is clearly the exception. The "lodge" is positioned conveniently up a slight hill from the main highway (VT 7A) providing privacy in a quiet charming setting. It is a hidden "gem" located in the mountains of southern Vermont. I highly recommend this lovely, well-maintained Motor Lodge. The manager, Armando, and his staff should be commended for providing superior guest services!!

The only thing I would suggest would be to install an air conditioner that was a bit quieter. And include table lamps with computer/phone charging stations.

This motor lodge fit our needs. It is situated between Arlington and Manchester, VT. The room was serviceable, clean and comfortable. The exterior of the building needs some work, but it was clear to us that renovation was going on during our visit. The owners and personnel were more than friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight. Not only was there the typical buffet you expect in motels, but you could order eggs any way you want them from a menu.

The place is absolutely Cristal clean , the breakfast was tasty and fresh from the farm . Our dog enjoyed the trail , the view of the chickens 🐓 and our daily walk . The lodge manager and his family was so kind and helpful . Some extra that I loved : Fire 🔥 every night in the backyard . Coffee 24/7 in the lobby . Refrigerator in the room. The pillow and the mattress was so comfy I had to order the same pillow from Amazon. lol
