Plentiful off-road parking. Breakfast was cooked to order from a set menu with plenty of choice and quality local produce. The hosts would provide an alternative if possible. As long distance travellers, we appreciated the offer to use the laundry facilities. The hosts took an appropriate level of interest in their guests and invited us to join the fire pit circle. Charlie and Megan provided suggestions for activities during our stay and dining options in the town. Although the room was not serviced daily, items such as towels and toiletries were available on request. In the afternoon freshly baked cookies and cakes were available for guests. We were free to make use of the Inn’s garden and deck at any time of the day.

Big cozy house sitting on a hill overlooking the village rich with history. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home also helped us with recommendations for dinner in the area.

The hot tub spa. If your using the hot tub, which only fits one person comfortably, at the same time as others in the inn, the hot water will run out leaving you in a Luke warm pool. Your also asked not to use the jets after 9:30 pm which cuts short romantic hot tub time with your partner.

We have stayed at The Wilmington Inn before and will not hesitate to stay there again. Charlie and Megan are delightful and efficient innkeepers and Megan always cooks up a tasty breakfast. The inn is "old world" and part of the charm that we seek in B & B's when we travel. We had the same room as before (The Wilmington Room) and the king-size bed is comfortable. Our first room (The Deerfield Room) had a leaky faucet that would have kept us away and Charlie, immediately, reassigned our room and Megan was out getting parts to replace the sink faucet that had, just, started leaking. Otherwise, the plumbing worked fine. This inn is an older home so you have to expect some little flaws but there is nothing that made our stay uncomfortable or unpleasant. It is an easy walk to downtown Wilmington. The stairway up to our room is heavily carpeted on slightly narrow steps so it could be a challenge to someone with any ambulatory difficulties.

No complaints. We got what we expected and at a fair price.

We loved everything. The Inn is pristine, extremely well taken care of. The garden, the lobby, bar, breakfast room and our room were beautiful and decorated with taste. The welcome was warm. The owners were charming, they love what they do. Easy parking. Several good restaurants and a nice trail in walking distance. Breakfast was homemade.

Maybe some fresh fruit with the breakfast would have been nice.

Charlie,the owner was great. giving us history, places to eat etc. The community living space had a wood stove,dart board,games,a puzzle to work on etc. very inviting and cozy.

The property was well suited in town, well maintained and very clean. The room that i had was lovely. Check in with Charlie (Owner) was brilliant. He also kindly dropped me in town as it was pouring with rain and i was on my motorcycle. Breakfast run by his wife Megan, was lovely.

The innkeepers were incredibly lovely and welcoming, offering breakfast that was delicious as well as graciously accommodating for both covid concerns and food allergies. The grounds and common spaces were inviting and well maintained, and there were group amenities (e.g., a deck, puzzles, board games, a firepit with smores fixings that runs nightly) that made the stay really special. A number of small thoughtful touches (e.g., keurigs, common refrigerators, a "give a book, take a book" library) also made the space feel very homey. Bonus that the location was truly great -- right in the middle of a cute downtown and across from a small footbridge leading directly to trails.

The only thing we would quibble with was the quality of our room in the carriage house itself. The mattress was a bit worn and clearly sagged in the middle, there were a number of bugs in the room from some unidentified source, and there was some damage to the room itself (e.g., crumbling plastic in the wall of the shower) that I would hope not to see for what we considered a fairly pricey stay at a highly ranked inn, as we splurged for a special anniversary.

Hands down the best B&B I've ever stayed in. Beautiful place with a big deck and living room to visit with friends and family after a day out. The innkeepers are attentive and keep on top of everything at the house. The breakfast is delicious and worth any price difference between this and other hotels in the area. The chickens are fun to visit too.

Everything. Megan and Charlie are lovely, friendly, funny, brilliant hosts. Home made cookies on arrival, firepit and smores in the evening, what is not to love. Amazing choice at breakfast and all delicious. I only wish this place was in Somerset UK, I would visit all the time.
