The hotel delivered what it should deliver for a mid-level property: friendly efficient front desk service, a clean comfortable (in this case, spacious) room with plenty of hot water, a very good breakfast (lots of variety), and easy access with plentiful parking.

The general noise level. You could hear every normal conversation in the hallway, every footstep in the room above, just about every auto door close (springs need adjustment to close slower yet securely), and every toilet flush traveling down the wall through the pipes (next to the bed of course). It's beyond the staff's control; it's a fundamental initial engineering/design issue for a relatively newer building. It has poor to non-existent sound proofing. It wasn't the place to save on construction costs for a hotel. It's not a deal breaker but it is a minimum of a two star rating reduction.

Very clean. Large, comfortable rooms. Pool was nice and very clean

The only thing I didn't like was the young housekeeping girl knocked at my door a couple different times throughout the morning thinking I had checked out and she even tried to call the room. I had to call the front desk to complain. Checkout wasn't til noon and she kept trying to get me out so she could do her final clean. Was very disrespectful.

There are two people that I would like to mention for their friendliness and help. Clara at the front desk was the best! And Carol from the breakfast area. They both contributed in making our stay much better.

When we first got there, the water in the sink was draining very slowly. I ended up getting a bunch of hair out of it so that it would drain properly. House keeping would replace our dirty towels if we used both of them; but on two occasions we only dirtied one bath towel which they took but didn't give us a clean one to replace it (both times) On one occasion, they left a trash bag full of garbage on our dresser.

even though my room faced the busy street and was near the hospital, my room was delightfully quiet all night long, We awoke to enjoy a scrumptious breakfast check out was a breeze, staff is so friendly and helpful, this is our favorite home away from home!

I am tall, the commodes were terribly low to the floor, felt like child size to us.

I liked that they had a fair amount of choices for breakfast. I liked the fact they had a pool. I liked the fact that they use Dove products.

That fact, it had a shower stall instead of a tub that was a letdown. The shower had glass doors (not kid friendly), which was a high stress factor for me.

The property was clean, updated, comfortable. Fresh coffee or tea available in the lobby 24/7. The staff- from the people checking you in to any other you’d encounter in say, the hallways, elevator etc were the NICEST we’ve ever encountered in all our stays through various hotels.

Cleanliness, breakfast was A+, design was great.

Everything is good. I recommend the Tv include WiFi internet so you can watch Netflix or you connect it with your phone .

The accommodations were delightfully comfortable. The breakfast had great options to choose from and the manager for the breakfast items was very friendly. Special thanks to Cheryl for her hospitality with conversation.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Room seemed to be a handicap room, and shower was a bit uncomfortable due to all the handicap de ices on the wall.
