Breakfast ended at nine hot, so we got up too late for breakfast. But there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts in the same parking lot as the hotel. So that worked out perfectly and there’s a great restaurant for dinner in the same parking lot. They served both Mediterranean in Italian.

I’m going to sound old, but we had one of those TV remotes that was very unique. I had never seen it before. There were no instructions. There were no buttons on the remote, but the front desk helped us when we called down and we figured it out.

Breakfast was pretty good. 9 on a weekday is a bit early to close - maybe 9:30 would have worked better for us. I made plates around 8:45 and took them to our room - so it worked out. The location was good for us - we were winery hopping and the hotel was convenient

Complete guides to the TV remove in the room would have been more convenient than having a front desk person bring a copy.

I arrived later than expected but the front desk lady still arranged a shuttle for me from the airport, saving me money for a cab. The manager drove me himself! The hotel was clean and very quiet, plus they had beer for sale, which was great because there was no bars or stores near by. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I would definetly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was everything advertised, even though the room we booked was for handicapped access, they comp'd us a king suite so that the accessible room would still be available for a patron of need.

The listed check-out time on booking.com was noon, although everything from Holiday Onn indicates 11am as the check out. It was disappointing, but not critical as we planned to leave around 10:30am regardless.

Ample choices for breakfast, very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, ample parking. Every part of the business, from reservation to checkout, was handled efficiently.

Staff had all the warmth of a commercial chain operation. Very loud guests in the hallway after 10 pm, and some signage about quiet hours might have been useful. A bit of traffic noise from nearby Rte 29, though usually muted and light, made me wish I had requested a room on the opposite side of the building.

The location was great for what I needed. The bed was really comfortable. The room was very clean.

Ice machine not working on the 2nd floor - had to haul ice up several times to my room for my cooler. The mini fridge seemed not cold enough. No breakfast was served at all on the day of my stay.

Stayed one night because it was close to our destination. We were greeted by a very nice young man - very friendly, and directed us to our room, which was very clean (and had a Keurig coffeemaker which pleased me). Had a relaxing and restful night and enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning. We would stay there again and would highly recommend the Holiday Inn in Ruckersville!

I can't think of anything to complain about.

Very clean facility and staff was helpful in finding a great place to eat on a Sunday evening. Breakfast was ample and coffee was good. I loved the shower gel dispensers in the shower. Much better than tiny sample bottles.

My husband felt the bed was too soft but I was very comfortable.

The breakfast was simple but it was take-out style with paper bags you brought to the room, so it was nice you could bring it elsewhere instead of being limited to the dining area. I loved the space of the room and the size of the bathroom as well. The bed was really comfortable and the window provided tons of natural light in addition to the warm lights I also enjoyed.

The only problem I can report is that there were a few dried blood stains on the top sheet which was pretty alarming at first. I was questioning the cleanliness of the sheets at that point and I was not sure what to do, but dried blood doesn't pose much of a threat to people so I wasn't mad or freaking out, just a little disappointed, but otherwise, everything else was great.
