Staff was friendly and welcoming. Being on a business trip alone, it felt like going home for the week. It was close to work and there were enough food places nearby that I didn't have to go to Charlottesville, but yet it was convenient to go when I wanted to find bowling and karaoke.

They do not clean out the tub daily; and with the high waterflow and build-up, it was needed. The refrigerator was not cold, the room phone did not work, and the TV system was not intuitive. The desk had ants.

Breakfast was great and location was perfect. We were there for a wedding and the venue was only about 15 minutes away. We have family that lives close by and that was very convenient also. Great place to stay for us.

There wasn't anything the hotel offered that we didn't like. If we're up that way again, we'll stay here again.

Location to the event I was attending was perfect

I didnt like that my room was not ready when it was time to check in. The excuse was, "there was a large event going on that weekend and the rooms were not ready for guest who need to checked in. Luckily the wedding I was attending started late or we would have missed a portion of our friends wedding.

Breakfast ended at nine hot, so we got up too late for breakfast. But there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts in the same parking lot as the hotel. So that worked out perfectly and there’s a great restaurant for dinner in the same parking lot. They served both Mediterranean in Italian.

I’m going to sound old, but we had one of those TV remotes that was very unique. I had never seen it before. There were no instructions. There were no buttons on the remote, but the front desk helped us when we called down and we figured it out.

Areas of use were clean and the parking was close by.

There were random bits of furniture left out in the hallway. The bed in our room had a very large sunken portion on one side like a very large person slept in the same spot for a very long time. There’s a significant gap under the front door of the rooms, so sound and light easily travels through.

Breakfast had several choices The hot food was hot The area was clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable

Did not like that the clean towel rack was directly over the toilet. There was no place to hang a towel near the shower. No light ( for make up) over the sink in the bathroom.

Located as close as I could get to where I was attending a family funeral.

The water from the shower ran out onto the floor which could cause a safety hazard.

Breakfast was pretty good. 9 on a weekday is a bit early to close - maybe 9:30 would have worked better for us. I made plates around 8:45 and took them to our room - so it worked out. The location was good for us - we were winery hopping and the hotel was convenient

Complete guides to the TV remove in the room would have been more convenient than having a front desk person bring a copy.

Everything was great....but we might want to use a different food cart other than the metal...to much noise 6am when preparing breakfast

I arrived later than expected but the front desk lady still arranged a shuttle for me from the airport, saving me money for a cab. The manager drove me himself! The hotel was clean and very quiet, plus they had beer for sale, which was great because there was no bars or stores near by. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I would definetly recommend this hotel.
