Room Conference Room ***Tammy (Front Desk) so very accommodating in helping me to make the reservation for the hotel room and she helped me prepare the conference room for a 17 year’s birthday party. I was so grateful! She didn’t have to do this, but she did!

I have no complaints.

I liked the location and the availability at such a short notice.

I did not like having black hair all over the towels provided. I was lucky I brought my own. I did not like being locked out of my room at 11:30pm with 2 sleepy kids who thought they were gonna go straight from the car to the room and go back to sleep.

I love the rooms and how clean everything is I absolutely fell in love with the bath soap and hair care this property provides their guest definitely rate 10/10

Only issue I had was one of the rooms I was in before 428 the toilet wouldn’t flush it kept running so I would have to turn it off at the bottom then back on and flush

I really like the property for it was walking distance to shop and dining. It was convenient for me to get on the highway to visit my grandchildren

I don't have anything bad to say about this property I was welcomed by a young lady who such a gem

Staff was extremely courteous and friendly, rooms were spotless, perfect area for the coliseum, peers in other rooms were great as well! All around great experience!

There was nothing the group didn’t enjoy. Only feedback I can give is more vending options for snacks/drinks but this is the not an issue at all! Just something to consider.

I liked the easy check-in, the bed. It had an ironing board and iron

The facility needs a face lift. The bath tub needed a deep cleaning, carpets needed shampooing, ironing board needed a new cover(filthy) and the closets needed hangers. Other than that, was good for the type of stay.

Convenient location and the kids loved the pancakes lol.

A little outdated and the pool was freezing. The mattresses need to be mounted to the bed frame so it want slide.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean facilities but could use some TLC and updates.

Paint was peeling from walls in places. Everything looked a bit sparse.

The manager Keesha was really nice, the stuff was friendly, they had free breakfast, it was walking distance to stores and restaurants, the room had a microwave

The bathroom was small, its not updated, its more of a motel, the outside looks kind of sketchy at first glance but if you can get past the aesthetics it's really was a good reasonably priced place to stay
