Location, professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of my room.
the bed pillows were so flimsy that I had to roll other bedding parts to support my head and neck.

Location, tiled floor and no carpet, the mattress, and size of room.
There was no bar above the door locks like the other h/motels that I have stayed in. The television was not set up. I would have had to call one of the staff to turn on. I don't like males coming into the room unnecessarily. Because I work so late, that was not a big problem because bed time soon followed.

The Inn is only a half-mile from both family gatherings...perfectly placed, and a wide variety of shopping and eating choices to choose from 👍🏿

There was no carpet on floors. Looked newly remodeled. Room was a good size. Plenty of surveillance cameras around property.

nice area clean room
the ppl above me were loud & noisy. they were dropping things.. walking heavy. & TV was loud. somebody was playing loud music at 1am WiFi password didn't work

The first room was smoke scented and not very clean but the clerk quickly adjusted our stay
