Elizabeth was very pleasant on check in. Didn't like the TV guide which wouldn't/couldn't select the channel we wanted to watch. Finally discovered that we had to use the remote up/down button to move thru each channel.

The breakfast was the most disappointing part of the stay. Obviously warmed up premade items and no taste to anything. Orange juice is simply water colored orange. Coffee was great. Nice coffee bar. Didn't try the pancake machine because by that time we were not impressed with the food. McDonalds next door has a much better meal. This area of food needs much attention given to the items offered.

Right from the beginning the front desk was amazing! The check in was the friendliest and the fastest that I have ever experienced. The young man at the front made our first impression exceptional! And also the breakfast… fully staffed and always full and hot!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like and we have absolutely no complaints

I pulled off the highway because the roads were getting slick due to a snow storm. I had asked at check-in 'should the roads still be bad in the morning, would I be able to extend my stay an additional night?' The response was a welcome yes! No question.

The breakfast looked wonderful but I had to leave early so I just had a bagel and some coffee and that was delicious and plenty to eat.

It will be wonderful once the construction is finished. The pool wasn't open.

There was a young kid at front desk, wish I got his name. Was very respectful and made checking in a delight. The cleaning staff, very friendly!

My only complaint is that the bathroom sick water was not at full capacity, it barely gave water.

Perfect place locations and they allowed my dog. Breakfast was perfect staff so friendly

The AC in my room was a bit weak and not cool enough. I was too tired to notify the staff. But overall all good.

Easy parking & easy access

They were in middle of renovating , did not have cups in rooms for water , did not clean out fridge from previous tenants , only one trash can

Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice I was there for 3 night stay . Only issue is the key didn't work the second day, had to go back to the office and get it reprogrammed. Had my arms full at the time. Little frustrating.

I’ve stayed at the hotel many many times and love the location. From my past bookings there I’ve always enjoyed the breakfast choices but anymore I would rate the breakfast as fair. There used to be better hot food choices. Egg white and scrambled egg omelettes, regular scrambled eggs, and even biscuits and gravy.

The staff were super, super friendly, the place was clean, the breakfast was very delicious.

it’s busy just because it’s close by to the interstate. However, don’t let that be a deterrent because it was also very convenient.
