I had a dog and was not told what the cost would be by either booking.com or the hotel when I wrote them to let them know I was bringing a dog. I got a surprise $75 additional charge at the front desk when I went to check in. Also, Booking.com had not sent my information to the hotel so they had no record of my reservation. I had to call them in order to have my information sent to the hotel. I didn’t appreciate this complication after a full day of driving. I had prepaid and had to spend 20 minutes sorting this out. My confidence in Booking.com to get things right is shaken.

The hotel was conveniently located with plenty of restaurants close-by. The amenities were good. The staff was ok, however in my opinion could use more customer service training. Overall, the room was great. It was spacious, kitchen area was good and even had a dining table. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel was quiet in spite of being full and the pool area was nice and the hotel is pet friendly.

Front desk attendant on one particular day was not welcoming and seemed as if I was bothering her by asking questions.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was incredibly quick; they gave me a spare pair of glasses to watch the eclipse with (!!!); and they didn't roll their eyes when I locked myself out of my room to rush out to watch said eclipse. My room was very nice and clean -- the bathroom was among the nicest I've seen in a non-luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable, and there was a small couch as well. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and across a round-about from a shopping complex with restaurants, a Starbucks, and a Walmart.

The AC fan was a bit noisy (I'm a light sleeper). There was an outdoor seating area with a fire pit, which was directly under my window. Unfortunately, I had to get up early to catch a flight the next day, so the other guests enjoying this area were disruptive to me. But a quick call down to the front desk took care of it. The room would have been a bit small if there'd been more than 2 people (I was in a "regular" King room, I think). The TV was in an awkward place. These are minor nits in an overall lovely stay. Highly recommend!

They have one of the better continental breakfasts I have seen. There are many options for you to choose from and that was really great, especially when you have children. The room was spacious, and I was surprised by the full fridge, stove, dishwasher and all the kitchen supplies to cook with. There is a decent gym so that made my husband happy. All of the staff was friendly and this location was close to shopping and dining.

Location, room was clean and comfortable.

Room was still decorated from valentine’s days. Store and Bar looked a little out of place when compared to rest of hotel. Store appeared full but cluttered. Bar looked like I was at a nice party in the kitchen of someone’s house. This is probably more my issue, because if I was traveling with family I would have appreciated it more.

Great location, close to everything you may need. Rooms are so cozy and clean. Staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast was good overall, I wish there was some sort of breakfast meat like sausage or bacon. Eggs are watered down which were gross. They have a great variety of flavored yogurts and add ons for your oatmeal and waffles.

I wish there would've been a crib that I requested.

The room was very spacious and extremely clean, the beds were comfortable.

Some minor points for improvement: * The AC was louder than we expected * The food selection during breakfast wasn't great - we lacked some fruits and vegetables (that being said, the breakfast itself wasn't bad at all) * During breakfast we generated a lot of trash (e.g. there were single-use plates, utensils and cups)

2 private bedrooms, each has its own tv and ac controls. Comfortable sofabed and spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 diningroom chairs available. Very clean bathroom. Modest and hearty breakfast. On-site parking.

Additional breakfast options like link sausage and potatoes would be really awesome.

Spacious rooms , good breakfast, helpful staff ( Sarah) and proximity to several restaurants in easy walking distance.

Did not get the room we reserved. Seems hotel oversells rooms and expect cancellations . After a couple of room changes with Sarah’s help eventually got sorted. Still would have preferred what we asked for ie. king room with Living area.

Location was perfect. The hotel was clean and in good repair. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was comfortable.

My husband thought the bed was too firm; I was fine. The pool was too chilly for me. I noticed only kids were in it - adults were sitting on the edge w their feet in.
