Location Parking Comfortable accommodations
When we arrived on Friday night, my room door was broken and we couldn’t get in. My son went to the desk to report that our keys didn’t work. The desk clerk came to the door, tried the key once and proceeded to thrust his body against the door (really hard) until it opened. He said he would report the door to maintenance. On Saturday, my son would have to forcefully kick the door repeatedly in order for us to enter the room each time we returned to our room. Again, I reported the door to the desk clerk upon checking out on Sunday. When I told her about the incident on Friday night, she said that the first guy had not made the report to maintenance. The door situation really put a damper on our stay at your hotel.

I thought that overall the property was pretty, but dated.
I enjoyed it overall, but it was a few little things that prevented me from rating this property as excellent. The deadbolt did not work, one of the key cards didn’t work and there was a power strip that the fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv were plugged into (not sure how safe that is).

Currently working on billing dispute . Was double billed. Paid booking.com first. Got my credit card bill and saw the hotel billed me second time. Will be resolved as there is a paper trail, but I hate the hassle. Inquired via booking .com to hotel, month ago, but no one got back with me . If I stay again will pay with cash stead credit card and not use booking.com to avoid this crap.

Our room was beautiful, with fresh carpeting and new-ish furniture, fridge, microwave, and even a genuine Keurig coffee maker. It was every bit as good as any Hilton that I usually stay at. I was expecting worse based on other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. our room was on the third floor, with the conference rooms, so perhaps that floor has been more recently renovated than others.
The only thing wrong with the room was that hot water runs out in the morning, so showers were tepid. The trick seems to be to take showers in the evening when water was nice and hot.

THE STAFF WAS FABULOUS! From Ms. Keisha professional and kind handling reservation questions, to Mr. Elvis welcoming guests with a cheery smile and helping to accommodate parking for our very large truck, to the front desk attendants being so gracious and friendly. I give them all rave reviews!
The hotel is a little older/a bit dated, but we had a very comfortable stay.

Located in easy walking distance of restaurants, historic buildings, museums and scenic river walk. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. One staff member guided us to the hotel by phone when we drove in and got lost due to construction in the town. Room very tidy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available on the weekend although the cost was additional yet reasonable, and the food was excellent.
The only minor inconvenience was the lock on the room door. It always took a few attempts to time the raising of the handle with he removal of the card. Apart from that trivial annoyance everything else was great.

Beautiful hotel, classy and elegant. Nicely decorated rooms with a pretty view of crepe myrtles. Clean and nicely updated. Near everything. Friendly staff. Grand foyer makes a great first impression.

The staff was friendly, clean room and comfortable bed
I booked two rooms and in my parents room the shower head completely fell apart and the hot water was uncontrollable. He was ok but wasn’t able to get reimbursed for the room since we booked with Booking.com

We wish pool was open, but overall a very nice, clean stay. Appreciated in-room Keurig, refrigerator and microwave. A/C was strong. Beds comfy. Blackout curtains good. Parking plentiful.

Booking.com double-booked me, then when both were canceled I was charged anyway. I paid the room directly, so in total I paid 3 times. Customer service wouldn't send my email and by phone they hung up on me. Owed 1207.40. Email [email protected]
