The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was friendly. I appreciate the security measures.I like that the price is so reasonable.

I was shocked that some expected, basic amenities were not present. I assumed there would be a hair dryer but there wasn't. There was no ice bucket, coffee maker, or tissues. I'm used to something as simple as a napkin, pen & paper, but they are not present. Each room has a full kitchen but absolutely nothing in it! I would rather have just a mini fridge and microwave, than a full kitchen that I can't use because there are no pots, silverware, etc.

Personally, I was shocked how nice the rooms were because I had read so many negative reviews. I book this hotel for my son coming from out of town. When I went to check the room with him, it was nice and offer so many amenities. I love the price for a new and nice hotel in Lynchburg Virginia.

Could not find anything to complain about. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

The all around was amazing, the staff, other people staying as well. Our English bulldog was loved on so much. We will stay again when we come in town to visit family

Our only complaint is the pillows weren’t very comfy or had really any filling inside them.. really flat. & the room we stayed in on the 1st floor we could hear knocking & every person goin up & down the stairs but you can’t fix that. But please get better pillows. But we’ll stay again I’ll be more prepared with the pillows

For being a motel, it rated at the top for me. While I did not use it, rather than going out to eat, I could've used the stove top provided in the room to make breakfast or lunch. The room also provided a full sized fridge as well as a regular sized microwave.

No key card until the next day. No back up for when the power goes out. We also weren't told we had to bring the used towels downstairs before we were able to get new ones.

Location was good. 5-10 minutes to stores, in any direction. Staff at the hotel was great and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfy. Wi-fi worked well. We didn't have any trouble with bring our Scandinavian Malinois back in forth throw the lobby. Staff love him. Hope same staff is there, next time we travel. Unless they got promoted.

Only thing we didn't like was construction went on next door on a Sunday morning.

The location was very nice and we all enjoyed it very welcoming and I couldn’t be more happy!

The people above us for the first three nights were horrible very loud and disrespectful and disturbing it took me to complain about 6 times and my grams complain once for them to fix the situation.

Great facility! loved that it’s non-smoking everywhere. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness was amazing! The price was great as it was lower than even the other hotels around!

Only down side we had was the volume of the beeper/ringer in the elevator for each floor. it could be turned down, it’s high pitch and at the volume it’s at quite annoying and piercing. Only down side to the whole place!

We liked the cleanliness of the room and facilities. We liked the hard floors, no carpet. We liked that it was a pet friendly hotel.

The only thing I could complain about is the pillows and the blankets. The blanket, or comforter was not enough to keep me warm. They were so thin that I went to the local TJMaxx and bought a comforter. The pillows were FLAT.

The room was excellent, very spacious, very clean, with kitchenette. This looks like a new hotel, everything exceeded my expectations.

Receptionists were not very friendly. They also closed the reception area, even during the day. Also there was not blow dryer or coffee maker in the room, I have to requested. They offer coffee in the reception area though.

We have not breakfast here. I work very late At night and sleep in in mornings .

They granted my request of shower roll In room . And helped us change to another room On first floor during our stay. Thank you for making our stay nicer with your friendly smiles. Thank you so much
