The friendly representative at the front desk. The room was clean and laid out well. I like the fact that if someone were to stay a while you provided the necessary things to aide them. I was not anxious about sleeping in the bed like I have in other places. The bed was inviting and very comfortable. I don't stay at hotels much but for the few times that I did, I can truly say that this was the best. Most times I stayed at hotels I was uncomfortable sleeping in the beds but this time I had no anxiety. It was great!

Not having protein at breakfast for non-pork eaters.

The room size was adequate. The beds mediocre. The towels were big and fluffy and nice toiletries if you forgot anything. Breakfast by far was the best 👌 I've had at any hotel. With fresh fruit,cereal, 3 waffle makers,eggs and sausage something for every palate. Afternoon reception was lovely with little snacks and ice tea. The hotel was near shopping and several eateries. Quiet neighborhood. Some of the staff were friendly who far outweighed the not so friendly ones. Environmentally conscious with recycling stations on each floor Guest laundry facilities and gym were nice.There was a pool but it wasn't open until Memorial day weekend

The placement of the elevators were weird. If your room was positioned near front lobby then it was OK however if your room was not,looong walk. Parking lot on front of building so not able to position car closer to elevator access. I was in a mobility accessible room which safety wise was great with hand rails etc but if you were not in an electric wheelchair you and your walking stick were in for a workout

The King bed was nice and comfy. Also, like the shower head. Upon check-in, for some reason we were told that our King bed suite was upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite (416) at the manager's discretion. The room overall would have been really nice if the things that I didn't like had been corrected.

The kitchen bar countertop was not clean. The hot water in the king bedroom did not work. The room was cold, I called the front desk and spoke with a younger gentleman and reported it. I asked him if he could assist me in turning up the heat because the thermostat said that it was set already and would not allow me to adjust it. He said ok, but never showed up.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was almost perfect (I'm lactose intolerant and really wanted some milk) and the staff was very friendly. Loved the late check-out time, even though we had to leave earlier.

The dishwasher was full of dishes, so I either had to wash dishes by hand or put them away to reload.... not trying to do either on vacation, especially at $250 a night. Only one chair for dining, so that's not really convenient. The ice bucket was missing, as was the trash can in the kitchen, but that's just minor stuff. The location and comfort made up for it.

My husband & I traveled to Va to bring in the New Year with family & friends. This was the perfect location, less than 10 minutes from family. So everyone came to our room. The staff was very pleasant, the one lady was stunning! She looked the part for the occasion. The size of our room accommodated everything we needed & more! The bed was very comfortable, there was a pull out sofa in the living room. Full size kitchen with all the amenities. Definitely worth the trip & price. We will be staying again…soon… real soon.

Glad to have breakfast in place even though I am not much of a breakfast eater. Enjoyed banana nut muffins & bagel and smoked sausage on Saturday. Came down about 9:45 second day and had to settle for toast & coffee, but should have come earlier.

Room's bath needed to have bathroom tissue holder glued back in wall (forgot to mention it to front desk). Did not like having to ask for wash cloths and towels. Since in rooms for at least two days, needed towels for both days instead of just one. Would be nice if even though they do not clean rooms if you are staying over if they would at least come in, empty trash cans, take out and replace towels in bathroom.

front desk Miss Karen was AMAZING!!! She was warm and welcoming and made us feel like family. She is a gem you don’t find anymore as an employee and I can only hope she is appreciated and knows how valuable and meaningful she is to people when they are traveling away from home!!

The coffee in the room is awful and a better coffee pot would really up the game. It was really disappointing in the morning when I couldn’t make a good cup of coffee first thing.

We family and I loved the variety of breakfast choices that were offered. I loved the decor in the rooms and the comfort of the mattress which really gives you a good night's sleep.

from the moment you approach the building you realize it’s a very well kept property. when you enter you are immediately greeted by the front desk staff who greets you each time you go through the door( very friendly ladies) checking was very fast. i was placed in the third floor which means I will have people above and below but due to the solid floor structure you count hear a sound when walking. the room was very clean and yes we did search the room bathroom and kitchen and to our surprise it was all clean. breakfast in the mornings were always wonderful with a variety of selections. overall this is a wonderful place to stay so don’t think twice just go there. i will for sure be going back.

Since I traveled with my wife and two kids I very much appreciate that we were given a more spacious room than we had originally booked. The hotel is well kept, clean, modern, and safe. Breakfast was very good. There is a Kroger grocery store very close by.
