The staff were incredible and attentive. Every need was met, for an outstanding price. The provided was breakfast was good, and varied as it changed day by day so you didn’t get the same thing twice.

The building is showing its age, however, our room was clean, as was all the linens. They are also actively working on improving the site, so it should not be held against the staff.

The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We had to come a day late and this has been a problem in the past with my reservation getting cancelled, but I did not have this problem. They were very helpful and friendly while helping. I appreciate friendliness.

I stay here frequently on business trips. It's a great value for the rate. A little outdated but clean. Indoor pool. Decent breakfast. In a nice area of town. It's my regular go to. I think there is a new owner. First time I saw him last week and he was way better than the other guy that used to run it.

It's a little outdated. It's definitely an older location. But it's clean and not skanky. It's a safe location especially in this area.

Slight odor in halls, could have just been me, but odor wasn't in the room or lobby. Just threw off the experience a little bit for me.

One closet door was broken but not important for a one night stay. Air con blowing right on one bed was a bit annoying but we didn't get sick from it.

Easy check in, really nice staff at the front desk. Comfortable bed and a clean room. WiFi worked better than at most hotels I’ve stayed at. Had an issue with the payment but with a phone call it was sorted out without any problems! Would absolutely stay here again

Kids jumping and running above my head on the 3rd floor. They kept waking me up thinking someone was trying to break in.

Value for price but could be updated without stained carpet and cleaner vents. Hot water in shower was great!

Loud guest at 3am going through halls. Load music that can be heard outside through the walls at 8am. Beds could have been firmer.

Friendly staff, and spacious room. Breakfast was very good, hot menu changed daily which was nice. We had our two dogs with us, and there was ample well light space to walk our dogs.

They are a pet friendly hotel, but the pet owners didn't pick up after their pets. Maybe if there was a pet trash can with bags, maybe the grounds would have been cleaner.
