The room was decorated very well and extremely clean. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. The temporary small restaurant did offer some very good simple choices.

The hotel was under renovation. This caused a little inconvenience as there was no full-service on-site restaurant nor was there a swimming pool. The ice machine was very hard to find, it was located all the way at the end of an extremely long hall, nowhere near the room we were in.

It was very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly & helpful.

It was a little storm while we were there & as nice as the hotel was the power went out. I would expect a big nice hotel like that to have a generator but the power was only out maybe 45 minutes thank God but they should’ve had a generator. And they said it was a pool on the website and in the hotel I saw a sign that showed us where the pool was. But when we attempted to go it looked like they just recently built it. It was closed because it was still during construction. And lastly we had to pay for the breakfast. We went there expecting it to be complimentary like every other hotel & we had to pay for myself and my children. I thought that was crazy but not only that but it was simple. It wasn’t anything special for us to had paid for it.

The Hotel was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Sufficient parking space in front of hotel without additional charge. Nice breakfast buffet and very friendly staff(not included in room rate).

Having a car is mandatory as the walkways in the surroundings are very limited. No complementary breakfast.

My spouse and I did not eat breakfast because it was his birthaday weekend and I wanted to do something special for him. We went out to eat. If it was'nt his birthday, then we would have probably ate everyday we was there, because the food smell really good.

The beds could have been a little bigger, but they were really comfortable to us. We slept a little longer than normal when we stay in the hotel. With that being said, there is nothing else I would change about our stay.

It was so neat, clean, etc. The workers were wonderful. Very helpful

We thought there was a continental breakfast added with the stay. We must have gotten it mixed up with other hotels we were looking at. It was disappointing to have to pay extra for breakfast. Ultimately, it was our fault for getting that mixed up.

The warm cookies were the best ever. Our room was comfortable.

When we had breakfast the first morning, the server was very slow and made a lot of mistakes. He seemed new, kept saying he was sorry, so we felt it was not his normal position, or had to be new.

Staff was very nice

I liked everything but room service could of did a little better during the last two days or my stay I had to keep calling front desk room service came and didn’t restock the towels nor toilet paper but other than that it was okay

Everything was just fine. If I could always on my travels stay in hotel of this quality and for same price, I would consider myself as very lucky traveler for work. Food in restaurant was excellent and prices reasonable. All hotel and restaurant staff were just great. I hope to come here again.

I would like to have nice groceries and like wine shop nearby. Maybe there was, but I just didn't ask staff about it.

I liked that the room was newly renovated.

The maid staff was not the best. They didn’t leave me with with new supplies, like toilet paper. There was one day they didn’t come into the room and clean at all. I also had a toilet problem that the maid staff didn’t see to having it repaired.

Came For The New Year,Went Back To Richmond Earlier The Check In Employee Was The Greatest,For Got His Name But His Cousin Checked Us Out ,Love The Manners They Both Had.Will Stay There Again
