I like that the room was larger than most hotels I've stayed at it was clean there was no smoking inside and I am a smoker but it's a fresh air throughout the facility was great the breakfast wasn't bad either

I didn't like the fact that they didn't put in consideration that we had a hurricane on the outshores and their doors slam fast anyways and the door that we had come in when we first got there the leg on the bottom of the door that would keep it open was gone missing and it was bare metal sharp metal showing and the wind blew the door shut on my wife and put a nice size hole in the back of her heel which kind of ruined her time there she had to get stitches and I have photos of it to show it definitely should have been taken care of

The room was very comfortable and I really like the room layout. Very interesting living room area followed by sink and washroom in between living room and Bedroom. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Slept well. Thank you

I had the hardest time finding the hotel and it became annoying to say the least. I think part of the problem was directions were not as explicit as they could have been. What was difficult was seeing big signage of Sleep Inn but nothing to show the way to Quality Inn which lays directly under Sleep Inn. Nor, did I see a street sign showing Quality Inn in the same area nor a street sign off of the highway stating Quality Inn on Premium Drive but you could see a map showing Quality inn on Wesleyan Drive. From there I became lost for a time. But the auto I was renting had an awesome map system that took me straight there. All I can say is Thank Goodness, because I was so tired I could have had an accident.

The peace and quiet. The fact that it had a living room so I didn't have to sit on the bed to watch TV.

The maintenance man who allegedly sprayed my room. When I came off the elevator from breakfast, he instantly approached me asking was that my room. I said yes and did he need to go in. He said no. I asked did he already go in? He said no,. He'll just go in the next day when i check out. So he comes back a few mintutes later. Said he found my money next to my jeans in my room and he was just bringing it back. AFTER he told me he wasn't in my room. Why take the money anyway? Other than that my stay was excellent. No complaints about the stay and the staff was top tier. 10/10 will Def stay again.

They were just so polite. From the front office to housekeeping. That to me is always an extra positive aspect when I do get a chance to get away. To be in the company of people who seem to care about you. A smile goes an absolute long way. It was so peaceful I skipped breakfast.

Lol! I love pillows, so if they were a bit fluffier. But hey!! They were still great!! 🤗

We love the option of the pull out bed it really helps keep a sense of room and living room separation vibes.

The pull out bed did not have any sheets, or extra in the closet to be added to the bed plus the springs on the pull out matress were deadly the other queen beds were great just the pull out bed I had the issue

Liked the breakfast..my room was nice....nice environment..

I didn't like the fact that my reservation said the deposit was included in the price and that I wouldnt have to pay upon arrival but when I got there first thing they asked for was a deposit fee

Location and staff

Shuttle service not available when we arrived at 11pm. We had to get an Uber. This was not at all made clear during booking and if we need to arrive late again we will stay elsewhere.

The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping services were outstanding.

Some of the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, especially in the bathroom.

Very clean, while it was crowded breakfast was good with lots of options. Friendly staff.

It was popular so breakfast and the pool stayed a little crowded but it was not too bad.

Most of the time my children got up early enough to eat breakfast. I was still sleeping. But my children said the breakfast was good!

The fact that I couldn't stay longer. If I knew where you all purchased that bed, I would love to get a bed just like that one! Lol!
