The peace and quiet. The fact that it had a living room so I didn't have to sit on the bed to watch TV.

The maintenance man who allegedly sprayed my room. When I came off the elevator from breakfast, he instantly approached me asking was that my room. I said yes and did he need to go in. He said no. I asked did he already go in? He said no,. He'll just go in the next day when i check out. So he comes back a few mintutes later. Said he found my money next to my jeans in my room and he was just bringing it back. AFTER he told me he wasn't in my room. Why take the money anyway? Other than that my stay was excellent. No complaints about the stay and the staff was top tier. 10/10 will Def stay again.

Most of the time my children got up early enough to eat breakfast. I was still sleeping. But my children said the breakfast was good!

The fact that I couldn't stay longer. If I knew where you all purchased that bed, I would love to get a bed just like that one! Lol!

i asked for Two pillows and some more towels, they were delivered but the pillow smelled like wet cat it was horrible. Also the AC drips n make the floor all wet so getting out of bed I was stepping in a wet puddle on the carpet. Also the pool doesn’t open till 1 so the kids couldn’t swim in the morning

The breakfast didn't attract my family. I wish the sofa bed was not full of springs. At the very beginning there was a tension between the front desk agent and y family. He said there was no room for us and either we had to wait a while or cancel the reservation and look for another hotel but would get a discount once he secured rooms for us. Why? rooms were reserved 15 days ago. We gave credit card info. How there were not rooms after we drove 5 hrs.? 4 kids, there was nothing except spent the night in the lobby if rooms were not found. I was shocked!!!

The staff were friendly until u needed something. Clean rooms comfy beds

That there were no towels for 3 days . 3ven after being told the towels were for other guests. When we had none at all requested towels for two days end up getting 1 towels 1 rag 1 handtowel. There were 5 of us how was that suppose to work..

Room was perfect Pool was perfect Breakfast was perfect

Only issue was when you step off elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke or very very musty. Needs to be “aired” out

I LOVE THS HOTEL FOR FUTURE STAYS I LOVE THE FACT THE ROOMS HAVE ALOT OF SPACE AND ALSO THE BREAKFAST... I REALLY ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE STAY.

The breakfast was amazing the first hotel I went to that had “ cheese eggs “ and “ seasoned corn beef hash “ the bread was so soft I truly loved the breakfast keep up the good work . The location was closer to Portsmouth so it was good .

I booked my rooms online and when I went to pay it was so much confusing .

The room was clean and comfortable. I did like that I could bring my dog with me. I also liked the location. Food and shopping was in walking distance.

Check in process is a little slow.

In bathroom look up make sure clean dust by fan near by shower. My son allergies and keep sneezing. I did clean off dust.
