We were on a roadtrip and we ended up being farther away from Roanoke than we'd thought. I had done the online check-in, and I figured it was too late to cancel without forfeiting the entire room rate. I called the hotel just to see whether, by some chance, I could cancel and not be charged. Donna was so kind and accommodating, and she agreed to cancel the reservation and not charge me. I was so thankful as we were still hours away, and we were too tired to keep driving. Thanks so much, Donna!

Room was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly.

The free breakfast was bad as usual. I say that as no matter where one stays it’s the same breakfast. As the “free” breakfast is more than likely included in the price of the room; maybe don’t include free breakfast and allow those who want to eat, pay for it separately.

The location of the property was excellent. It was very close to the interstate making it very easy to get on and off the road. There were several dining spots close by, and the staff provided a list of places to go with ratings for each. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious.

I only have two suggestions. First, every room in a hotel should have grab bars, especially by the toilets, which are very low. Second, the beds are three feet off the floor. They are very comfortable, but very difficult for anyone with mobility problems to get into. the beds really could be lower. Also, it was difficult to see the TV with the beds so high, and the TV cabinet so low to the ground.

Conveniently located for access to Restaurants, Shopping and a Dog Park. My first priority is my dogs. It can be hard to find a NICE Hotel that accepts pets. We were also very impressed with the Complimentary Breakfast, it definitely exceeded our expectations.

When I took my dogs out I always cleaned up behind them. I'm sorry to say that many others did not. I always find this very disheartening. It's too BAD there isn't a way to report these ignorant owners. They give ALL pet owners a BAD name and it tends to be the reason, a lot of places don't allow pets.

The room and views of the mountains were exceptional, the breakfast was the best breakfast I've had in a long time with combo warm and cold options. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Location was very convenient for travelers with easy on/off highway. The facility was clean, comfortable and quiet; a nice rest spot on a long ride south. The included breakfast was outstanding! It was a full breakfast buffet type breakfast with lots of choices and a charming woman manning the operation. Very pleased with our short stay.

I'm never a fan of paying over 120 for a nights sleep but cheaper motel/hotels can be a nightmare which we experienced the following night.

Breakfast was great. There was plenty of variety. The staff was very nice. The location of the dining area was well placed.

It would have been nice to have bottled water in the hotel room and creamers for the coffee.

I did not have breakfast. I ate my leftovers from the night before. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was clean! The location was a little confusing. The GPS led me next door to the Hampton Inn. Once, I realized that I was at the wrong hotel. I was glad that booked the Fairfield Inn. It is so much cleaner and more professional than the Hampton Inn.

I cannot think of anything to change. I was only there for one night. I found what I needed a convenient and clean room.
