The proximity of the hotel to the shopping center was great! A lot of a variety of stores were accessible and it wasn't too far to get back onto the interstate for quicker travel. The location was a mash up with a bunch of other food and hotel spots and the customer service the night receptionist gave us was amazing (didn't get her name though). The woman flying kite statue was also a nice addition to the lobby area and 24/7 access to the coffee makers.

Parking was fine, but busier seasons I could see that being an issue with the available parking around the hotel. The hotel pool looked marvelous and clean, but it wasn't too deep so we didn't use it. Not much we didn't like.

The breakfast items were acceptable, but the area reserved for sitting down on tables was very, very small. Would suggest an average size, little cafeteria (of course, space permitting).

An improved way to secure the side doors that lead outside. They are protected with the use of the room key cards, but it is way too easy to place the little stones in the door track to keep the door ajar. Makes someone wonder who is illegally going in and out of this Hotel.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was nice. Breakfast was really nice and made this a great value. Great location for our needs.

We got to use the pool, which was really nice, but there was a lot of hair and debris floating in the pool at the end of the day. It didn't seem like many people used it that day, or they didn't clean it.

The staff was excellent and the breakfast had eggs and sausage and unlimited coffee. Facilities were clean and lots of available parking. Very dog friendly and check in and check out were a breeze.

I requested a crib and was confirmed, however the staff said there were never cribs available and seemed confused. I guess it was a Booking.com oversight, made do with a mattress on the floor, just something to consider if you have a baby.

Check in receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Gave us lots of information. I had a hard time finding my credit card and she was very reassuring that we would find it. She was really the only staff member we interacted with but it was a good first impression.

We we're unable to find a luggage cart to bring our luggage up in the elevator to the third floor. Seems of his as if people hoard them in their room.

I slept really well. The room was clean and the lights by the bed and on the desk were excellent.

I arrived at 2 am. The desk clerk had no record of my reservation and took a long time to assign me a room. The blanket was on the bed was light and there was no extra blanket. I used my down coat as an additional layer. The light in the room entrance did not work. The cook did not show up to cook breakfast. Another guest showed me how to make a waffle. There was no other hot option.

This is a very nice and well run facility. Exceptional service at front desk and breakfast was great! Laye check in was handled quickly and seamlessly. Will stop again on our trips when driving on this area.

The mall across the street closes early which eliminates any late night dining choices. There are limited dining option for late arrivals.

When I arrived, I was assigned a room that was very close and only a short distance to my car. I really appreciated this since I was walking with a cane. I didn't ask for special accommodations, but the desk attendant was very observant, and I really appreciated that extra service.

A higher toilet or a bar to help in getting up would have been great. However, I didn't ask for a handicapped room and was not expecting one. It just would have been nice.

The receptionist Elizabeth was so very nice and helpful. I was tired when I arrived, but her bubbly personality perked me up.

I could hear the couple in the next room, but I probably would not have if I had not had insomnia and was still awake at 3AM. The bed and pillows were so very comfortable, and I should have been able to go to sleep.

Breakfast was lovely - nice choice of hot food, fruit and yogart. Enjoyed the pool

My reservation, which was supposed to be 2 nights, but only showed 1. It took about 30 minutes to get it resolved, which was very annoying as I had been driving for hours! No-one (Bookings.com nor the hotel) wanted to take responsibility for the error - so "how" are they going to prevent it in the future???
