great location, easy check-in, very nice personnel, nice tidy hotel, looks good, breakfast was good with a nice assortment of choices, room was nice, all was clean, and I like that you have comcast xfinity because I can just look up free movies to watch on the tv. I also like that you have an alarm clock, as a backup to my cell phone alarm.

the water pressure in the shower has been low each time I stayed. I wish there were a few more bath towels, one or two more, so then when I stay the weekend and don't need housekeeping to come in, I already have extra clean towels. would not be a bad idea to have one or two bottles of water for free in the hotel room, for presentation but also because most people need it for something basic to drink or take pills with, etc. And other hotels I have been in have had two bottles of water there next to the coffee pot. It can be the cheapest water, but at least it is something and it feels nice that it is included versus me having to go to the front desk and buy one bottle for $2.

This was our second stay at this location. The rooms are comfortable. Unlike conventional hotels there are no drawers or closets, it's different but it works out fine. Breakfast is good for such an economical hotel, better than many others as there are two hot items. Eggs all three mornings we were there, potatoes one morning, sausage links the other two. Good bagels, fresh oranges, decent coffee. Sheetz is right across the parking lot if you like to grab quick food, there is also a sushi/ramen place in the same parking area but we did not try it.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. This isn't a posh luxury resort, it's a clean neat well kept place to stay for a few nights at low cost. Like other budget chains, if you have reasonable expectations you will be pleased here. Much better than several other well known low cost motels. Ask for a room away from the 81 on ramp for a quieter night, the front side is a bit noisier. Not a hotel fault, just the nature of easy highway access.

The breakfast was good, the indoor pool was good, sometimes a lil cold at first but if you dive in you’re golden. The only thing is, it was a little bit smaller than an average outdoor pool, (makes sense being an indoor one) so once a few people came it was over crowded a little bit… but it wasn’t always crowded. We had some decent swims alone too. So it was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the shower, it was hot. The bed was comfortable. The room layout was nice and cozy for it to be on the smaller side. The front desk people were nice and helpful.

Nothing was honestly terrible, just would have like a little extra room in the pool sometimes but it was fine. 😊

The location was very easy to get to and right next to a Sheetz. I liked that the bed was comfortable and that the room was very spacious. The room was also very clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out process. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

A slight complaint but not a major demerit was that our room was next to the ice machine. During the night we could hear the loud hum from it. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to try to avoid a room next to the ice machine. This was not a huge deal for us since we were only going to be there for one night.

Yep, it really delivered. No cheap shortcuts taken. No overly fancy stuff to upcharge you. Just a solid, clean, affordable modern hotel where everything works. I am a below-average complainer in general, but I was happy. The breakfast was definitely above average. Real omelettes?? Coffee decent. If I remember correctly, there was even real silverware! The single-use stuff always kills me. Yeah, just gotta remember it for the next time I drive through Winchester now :)

It would be unfair to nitpick just to fill this. My travel pal and I were very happy.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to North Carolina from Connecticut and like it so much we stayed there on our return trip. Staff is very professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and included scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal and fruit. The hotel is only 2 years old and decor is modern and fun. Beds very comfortable and clean. Big screen TV. Clean pool with 84 to 89 degree water and great exercise room. Best hotel! Oh I forgot to mention the price … affordable. Averaged $100 a night. Great job Microtel and Wyndham!

A few hairs in the shower

Very nice pretty new hotel. Rooms are joyful and modern. Simple, clean and comfortable. Excellent price-quality ratio. Good breakfast with Cheese and vegetable omelet, yogurt, oranges, juice, decent coffee (and of course lots of carb options but I did not notice which ones as we don't do breads and cereals and the like in the morning). No meat though.

Liked pretty much everything. Wish there was a meat option with breakfast (hot bacon or even just slices of cold ham) and "real" yogurt (yogurt with good gut bacteria, not the fake stuff with tons of strange ingredients).

Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, nice amenities, clean, good breakfast selection and an excellent Japanese restaurant within walking distance.

It is a new hotel ( only 2 years old I think) and it is unfortunate that there wasn't more soundproofing between floors and rooms as there was noise from overhead ( stomping across the floor) and noisy people coming in at 12:30 at night both of which woke us up from sleep. The hotel staff did, upon our request, call the room next door and thankfully the people did quieten down but our sleep had still been disturbed.

The staff were very polite and friendly on each shift. Our requests were communicated between shifts and met flawlessly. There were nice facilities (pool, workout room, and laundry) available as well as a small store to buy food and beverages or snacks 24/7. Hot and cold continental breakfast was abundant and delicious. The entire building was clean and kept clean for the duration of our stay. The furniture in the room was comfortable and thoughtful down to the corner reading area at the window.

I honestly can not say there was anything I didn't like. If I could suggest anything at all, it would be a night light in the bathroom. The vanity light is wonderfully bright for makeup but in the middle of the night, it blinds you and when you come back out into the room, you can't see without turning the room lights on and waking everyone else. I didn't turn the room lights on, walked into the coffee table, and bruised my shin.

Great location & nice room. Check-in & check-out staff were great. Pleasant & professional.

Breakfast was slim pickings & not kept up with. We went at 8:30 for a breakfast that ends at 9:30. All 3 coffee pots were empty. Eggs were out, couple strips of bacon left. The eggs did get refilled but when another customer asked about bacon he was told it was going to be 15 minutes before it was done. He wasn’t happy. Store bought danish. Person working the breakfast wasn’t keeping up.
