We love that this is a reasonably-priced, pet-friendly facility! The decor is a retro style, while maintaining modern comforts. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was pretty good - the pancakes machine is very interesting! The staff is friendly and provided extremely fast services.

Being a pet friendly facility, it is understandable that the floors are wood-like, but that does also take away a level of coziness. But that’s okay when you can have your furry friend with you!

It was a nice hotel with a good breakfast. The pool area was really nice, and even though we didn't spend time in the lobby area, it was a really nice space that I could have seen using more if we didn't have super active little kids. The staff was wonderful, and it seemed like the hotel was working hard to limit the amount of waste produced in the room, which was great. No travel bottles, plastic bags, bars of soap, etc.

The room was really small -- smaller than I expected. The beds were comfortable, but we just felt crammed in a little bit. I missed having a closet, although the storage options they used worked.

Location was great, made it easier to get to 81! The beds and bathroom/amenities were fabulous! My grand daughters loved the pool! Plus, we ate at Denny's and the food /service was fantastic!

There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign, some of the towels were stained (it happens) and I did miss having a microwave in the room especially, with the grandkids. Most of all, I could hear alarm clocks going off in the wee hours of the morning and the walls are a little thin as we could hear the people in the room next to us.

I had requested a rm near the door as my husband has walking issues. We were on the 2nd floor (which was ok) however, our rm. was the FURTHEREST from the elevator. I had asked at check in is we could have something on the 1st fl, but we couldn't. It didn't seem like a busy night (we arrived after 9 p.m.) The 2nd fl was ok but too long of a walk. I didn't complain as we were thinking the rm was near elevator...but if was not!

It was located near lots of restaurants, gas stations, and shopping centers making it a very convenient place to be. The drawback to that is that there's a lot of a hustle and bustle so if you're a light sleeper pack some earplugs.

The garbage can in my room was not emptied by housekeeping before I arrived. Not a huge deal, but it should not have been missed.

There was no longer a hot tub, I arrived 10 minutes before the pool closes and I wasn't allowed to utilize the pool for that last 10 minutes. It was the only reason I chose this hotel in the first place. But they were nice about how they refused me.

The beds were so comfortable and bedding was nice too. Rooms were clean and modern; nice size tv. Loved the toiletries that were provided. Clean, fresh towels and plenty of them...no skimping, which is rare...usually have to ask for more in most hotels. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was above average and the price for our room was so reasonable. I will stay here every time I'm in Winchester!

Location provided an easy off and back on Interstate 81. Lobby was clean, comfortable, and colorful too ! Staff was polite and courteous. Room was super clean and roomy, bed was very comfortable. Shower water pressure was great !!

Breakfast selections were somewhat limited. It was a ho-hum breakfast.

Great location with off of I 81. Close to restaurants. Very clean contemporary hotel with swimming pool and fitness center. Great breakfast (oatmeal, veggie egg, sausage, pancakes, cereal, bagels, English muffins, fresh fruit, juice) coffee and tea bar open 24/7 down in lobby as there are no coffee makers in room but it is well stocked with two different kinds of tea, regular and decaf coffee and hot chocolate. Several choices of creamers and sweeteners. There is a communal microwave downstairs as well. Parking was ample and easy/free.affordable price.

Small little assortment of food and snacks/toiletries available for purchase but very expensive (a bottle of water was $3.69) so I suggest bringing your own or purchasing outside at a store.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bedding clean and comfortable, and location was central to everything we needed.

There were no liners in the trash cans, a large gap between the heating and AC unit base and the wall created a very large gap that left the room very drafty and cold. Though there was a mini fridge, no microwave or coffee maker were in the room, and it was difficult to get to the hotel from the main road as one had to cross through the parking lots of several other businesses to arrive.
