The breakfast was very satisfying, there were a variety of options to choose from. The rooms met my expectations for the hotel chain. Clean, smelled fresh upon entry, no complaints other than the bathroom floor could have used a bit more attention when it came to mopping.

The pillows were of low quality and not that comfortable. Would have appreciated firmer better quality pillows. There was one random chair in the corner that had an off stain. This could have been cleaned, replaced or removed.

Clean, quiet, microwave and fridge are always appreciated. I stayed here because it was much less expensive than staying in Crystal City where I parked my car to depart out of Reagan airport. The hotels that offer parking cost three times as much as this Country Inn and Suites. And it was just 20 minutes away. So I decided to stay the night in the less expensive hotel and then drive to the much more expensive hotel the next day for the off-site parking it offered.

It was fine.

The hotel/room was clean and the front desk was friendly. It was in a quiet location, but seconds from the highway. within walking distance of several restaurants and stores and less than 15 minutes from 2 malls. The free breakfast had real breakfast fair, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, several juice and bread options,  coffee, and tea.

Very good breakfast. Lots of food and many choices. The hot food offering like eggs and meats were different everyday, but all of them were good. They have make your own waffles, omelets, sausages, pastries, bagels, fruit, toast, cereal, juices, coffee, & tea.

While I liked the room I was in, my window was near the highway and had some traffic noice. Next time I go there I will ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

Close to the interstate with many food places nearby

Swimming pool was closed. The hotel was supposed to be nonsmoking, but we had to move from our first room since it smelled strongly of marijuana.

Room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Staff was helpful and awesome. Very friendly.

We chose the hotel because of the pool and hot tub. I called the hotel to inquire about early check in. While waiting on hold the automatic msg was talking about their heated pool and hot tub. We were VERY disappointed to arrive and find the pool had been closed for two years. We always choose hotels with pools due to back issues. We try and swim everyday.

Ease of access

When we arrived there was no power in the building. One staff member to support the large number of guests attempting to check in.The staff member had no communication with local police, city, or piwer company to establish a time when power would be restored. No backup power source.

Always clean and attentive.

The house keeper did not care that we were still in our room but wanted to clean. (We had one more day at the hotel.) My daughter speaks Spanish and was able to convey the message to her. I like that she wanted to clean but come back when we leave the room.

nothing negative to say. I only wished housekeeping were more productive in cleaning my room once I would leave instead of returning back to the room with no clean towels. I was there for a week no housekeeping which I understand due to COVID-19 but still at least asked if we would like room service.
