The location of the hotel is very good- there are many shops around and a good place for breakfast just across the street. The room has everything that we needed, including the dishwashing liquid, plates, cups and a microwave. The bed was comfy. Kids enjoyed watching cartoons on 2 huge screens

Some parts were broken, like the microwave's handle, the towel holder in the bathroom and the bath curtain rack. And some cars started at 5 AM just by the windows, really loud. But it did not at all spoil the stay. I highly recommend stayApt

Staff was friendly and helpful. Apartment was great and met our long term stay needs. I especially liked laundry room on each level and app was great for letting me know if machine was free or finished without having to walk to room and look.

Could use few more pot, pan, and utensil options. Fortunately friends gave us extra so we could actually cook a full meal. Blankets are thin and scratchy. We also had issue with getting our regular weekly cleanings. Overall we were happy and manager was always willing to help us.

The staff and amenities were absolutely amazing! In particular, the general manager, Janel Assisted in making our stay absolutely comfortable and assisted us with anything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It was a birthday weekend for me and we also had our little one with us the size of the room and the comfort of being able to put our little one to sleep and still be able to hang out in the living room Without bothering him was huge for us. The property was clean, and the terrace and sitting area was wonderfully convenient being able to sit outside of the room for a little bit without needing to leave the property. Janel is a master of her craft and very apparent that she cares for the property and her guests very much! This weekend was the birthday weekend that I will remember always that was due to the customer service on top of the property not only meeting our expectations but going above and beyond them! Thank you so much to the staff and management for accommodating us this past weekend we look forward to our next booking. I would and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in the area.

The only thing I think that we would have to criticize which was not a big deal and would happily bring our own next time we stay are the comforters for the beds. Slightly on the thin side, but that has no weight to bear on our opinion of the amenities offered and provided to us during our stay. And because of enjoying our time during our stay, it wasn’t something we even felt the need to address.

The beds are excellent, as is the heating/cooling system. Kitchen is full-size, and the pots, pans, plates, glassware, and cutlery are all in excellent condition. Floors were clean at check-in, bathroom was spotless. Staff will replace towels as needed, just ask. There is a gym facility on site that we did not use, but looked well-maintained. Despite being right off route 1, no noise nuisance.

While it is a dog friendly location, meaning they allow dogs, there isn't a lot of place to walk or exercise your dog on site-- you need to travel to grist mill park that has a large dog park, not too far, but not exactly walking distance for someone short on time or low on energy.

You’ve got a pretty spacious studio apartment to yourself, complete with an electric cooker, fridge and dishwasher. The bed is comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet. It’s a 10 minute drive to the DC metro, or a 30ish minute drive into DC proper. There’s a gym and laundry facilities on site, and a supermarket less than 5 minutes away. It’s a great place to stay for a trip to DC.

Hot water from the taps was variable from warm to quite hot, depending on the day (although the shower was always hot). The cookware provided was very minimal: a single small knife, a spatula, slotted spoon, a single small saucepan, a small frying pan, a small skillet and a small baking tray. I would have preferred a larger knife and a larger saucepan.

Very clean, quiet, convenient, has everything you need! Highly recommend this hotel, would stay again, & will stay at other locations! They were very accommodating, communication was great with text! Let us check out a little late so we could feed our 3 month old before traveling home - very appreciative!

Room 204 needs a new hair dryer & TV in bedroom wasn’t working - we didn’t stay in the hotel that much & didn’t get a chance to bring to management’s attention.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. The property was extremely clean and peaceful. There was the cutest puppy greeting us daily, and he was an added bonus to our mornings.

Everything was great; my only concern, the bedroom ceiling fan was loud and shook. That could be easily tightened and fixed. It clanked, being a light sleeper, it took me awhile to drift off and stay sleep.

The purpose of our visit was spending time with our kids who live at Ft Belvoir, so it was the perfect location. The access to the highway was easily navigated and centrally located between shopping and restaurants. We also discovered there was a pizza take-out location immediately on the other side of the parking lot, so that was a plus. We usually came in after 9 pm, but had no safety issues and the parking lot was well lit. We also liked the fact that it was close to several museums and Mt Vernon, and there was easy access to the highway that goes into DC. The best part was the room. It met all our needs with a kitchen, dishwasher, dining and a comfortable bed. And I liked the double entry access to the property that made me feel secure.

I have no complaints and will definitely stay again. I noticed some comments about the staff not being available, but I didn't have that experience.

The set up is pretty nice and it was good amount of space for the cost. The receptionist was super pleasant. The area overall was clean. It’s nice that they already pots, pans, utensils in the apartment and two large that have Netflix and paramount plus.

Only complaint is the pull out bed didn’t have any sheets or pillows with it. And the mattress was uncomfortable. The sofa itself was not too comfortable either.

The ladies who attend the front desk are very friendly. The surroundings are very nice and clean. The location is very good. They have all kinds of stores nearby. The room... it really is a super comfortable apartment. It has 2 TVs. The kitchen is tremendously equipped. I hope to find places like this in all my travels.

Unfortunately guests do not make good use of the laundry at NO ADDITIONAL COST and I think that for this reason most of the machines have problems
