I liked that it was very close to the freeway and Washington DC , within one hour of Dulles Airport. I liked the very friendly staff, indeed not just friendly but helpful, especially Tabitha.

The free breakfast leaves much to be desired. I have not seen my credit card statement yet but the night clerk checked someone in who had my same last name, under my reservation. I am told they fixed it, but I suppose when I see my Cc statement I shall know for sure. Assuming the person one checks in is someone else is not good. IDENTIFICAATION MUST ALWAYS BE CHECKED.

The Front Desk young lady was super nice - we arrived a little early, as we needed to get ready for a wedding that evening. She was able to get us checked in and she was so nice and professional!!!! The next morning, the woman in charge of the kitchen/breakfast was on top of everything!!!! The hot were hot w/o being dried out / food was delicious and she had the whole thing running so well!!!! I don't think anyone wanted for anything - everything stayed well stocked, even during the busy time!!!! These two ladies, especially, made our stay the BEST ever!

I really loved everything ... if I had to nit-pick, I would say that the bathroom light switch was outside the bathroom [when I woke up the next morning, I couldn't just "close the door" to keep any light from waking up my SO. Also, I would have loved a full-length mirror to see how I looked [wore long floor length dress to wedding ... ]. Oh ... and ... it would have been great to have a fan in the bathroom - following my SO was a mini-trauma. LOLOLOL

Real eggs should be served not a combo with peppers and onions in them, but otherwise it was okay. the room was nice the hotel was clean too.

the traffic noise from the road although the receptionist did tell us we had a choice from our king bed to 2 queens on the other side of the hotel - being so close the the freeway is noisy in the room. We slept okay though but it is quite noticeable.

Could not enjoy the pool chlorine was so strong made me and my children Ill The smell was so strong it the little time I sat there I left with a headache My children didn’t want to go back to the pool the next day And this was one reason I paid the higher price for the room Very disappointed

Staff was friendly. They even gave our dog a treat.

Pull out sofa had a chewed upholstered leg and the fold out bed wasn’t sturdy enough to sit on.

Everything was clean, the room was very large, and the breakfast was great.

I honestly can't think of a lot. The pool could stay open a little later, but that's not a big deal. Check in and check out was simple and the staff was great.

Room was clean &comfortable. Loved the bath & shower! I liked that it had fridge and microwave. Breakfast had a large variety. I only had coffee and yogurt

My family had a fantastic time staying at the Hampton, and loved going to the pool. We will definitely be staying again.

Not enough bath towels.

I like that the hotel is in the back, away from the main road so it's quiet - no passing traffic. The hotel is always clean and front staff are welcoming and accommodating.

I've stayed a couple of times at this hotel and so far haven't had any complaints.

The location was easy to get to and there's a walmart and tons of fast food places nearby. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. COVID safety protocols were being followed by both staff and guests. Loved the 24/7 coffee/tea station. Also liked that they provided gloves at the coffee station to help stop the spread of germs. The hot tub was closed, but the indoor pool (available by reservation only) water was actually warm like bathtub water. You didn't have to ease your way in to adjust to the temp.

The breakfast options weren't great. You had a choice of breakfast burrito, cinnamon roll, mini pancakes or a bagel and most options came with yogurt and two hard boiled eggs. You also get milk or juice and a muffin. Would of rather just had cereal. Although it was nice to have limited occupancy at the pool (only 3 rooms per hour), you need to get your request in early.
