It was a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was the best of the ones we have had in other hotels.

The distance because we spent a lot of time in the traffic.

It was a good experience,the facilities were good enough to get by the whole night for a family of 4 .

I just don’t like the staff who are in there in the receptionist who doesn’t know how to give a good customer service. Like us who just arrived from a long drive and doesn’t even smile . I also asked for a shampoo which we didnt have as soon as we arrived in the room , all were tired from a long travel.kept asking us twice as if we lied that there were no shampoo in the room and asked us to come down to get it from the receptionist as if our fault that there were no shampoo placed in the room.

I liked the actual room itself. I had the Executive King, and the room was pretty big, with a full-size fridge. The bed was nice and firm the way I like it.

There was no obvious sign at the end of the driveway leading to the building. I almost drove right past it. The front entrance also feels somewhat hidden and confusing if you've never been there before. The carpet in the hallways looks dated and dirty. There's blue wires stapled haphazardly to the wall lining the hallway as well. And it was very very dim. It surprised me that the room was so nice with such a janky hallway.

The breakfast was very good wit a lot of possibilities. The rooms are very large. The swimming pool OK. I asked for the sink to be looked after and they directly took care.

It is difficult to go to the center from that place, althoug in the evening you can even reach it by car. On arrival I got a bit grumpy of the reception; one should look at the eyes of the guests, smile and check everything is understood. That was not the case. Later this was compensated by the manager homself and the lady, who were very attentive and asking everything is OK.

Carpet needs upgraded. The elevator can only for two people with two suitcases, and the bathroom was extremely small. Out room had an AC unit that was not fitted into the window properly and we had to latch ourselves. That same AC was plugged into the tableside lamp, not a direct outlet. Definitely unsafe.

I like everything about the hotel. I like that they have security in the parking lot also like it that they have breakfast in the morning also like it that they have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms.

I liked everything. It was nothing that can be done better. If there was anything that can be done better, I would inform you, but it was nothing. That could be done better. Because everything was done really well.

breakfast (kids loved it), room right sized, free parking is plenty, bed mattress wasn't too soft.

air con blows directly on the bed side. We were given the room furthest away from the reception/breakfast area though the occupancy didn't seem high. We pushed 1 bed to the wall so my kids wouldn't fall and this revealed a ton of dirt under the beds.

The rooms were huge, with laminate flooring, comfortable beds and fridge. Breakfast and parking was FREE. The breakfast was different both days and provided both hot and cold options, and was quite good. The pool was recently redone and VERY clean. Overall the cleanliness of the room was excellent, including the bathroom.

The placement of the AC unit had the air blowing right on top of one of the beds - a little cold/annoying if the stay had been longer than 2 nights. The bathroom was not as updated as the rest of the room, but still very clean and spacious. The hallways were a little rundown, yet the rooms were pleasantly updated.
