Clean, comfortable, newish facility. Hot tub was the perfect temperature. Safe and convienient. Nice place to stay for the Tulip Festival, easily accessible to La Conner and the fields, without the Mt. Vernon/I-5 traffic.

Only complaint were the hotel seemed understaffed. The breakfast room needed attention, and no one was around...no milk for the cereal, and many of the items were running low with no staff in site. And it took longer than it should have to get extra towels for the hot tub, as none were in the spa area. Expect better for $200 a night.

Friendly staff, very nice room, comfortable king bed, nice continental breakfast, hot tub was operational, close to downtown eats & our music event.

We both wish the protective panels around the outdoor hot tub went all the way down to the floor. The morning we used it, the wind was blowing strong right across our heads as we sat in the tub and looking out eye level with the streets, cars, trucks, & older structures around this facility was not exactly appealing. Panels to the floor would give more privacy, block the wind & obscure the street sites without removing the outside element of the tub. Apparently the designer/installer didn’t think that through from a users perspective.

The location is close to downtown and everything you could need. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The beds were overall comfortable but the sheets were very thin and the bottom sheet was too big for the bed. It came off the mattress when you’d move. It made for a restless night fighting with sheets that are very thin and too big for the mattress or very worn and losing their fit. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible but the shower was great. The king size bed might be too big for the room as it is way to close to the AC unit. I had to walk sideways between the bed and AC unit just to get into bed. Because of it being so close it did get a bit cold for the person on that side of the bed.

Quiet room. Comfortable beds. Great location. Clean accommodations .

Check in ended at 9:00 pm. We were delayed due to extreme weather, and we're lucky to have gotten to the property just in time to avoid difficulties checking in. There were outside key accommodations for after-hours check-in, but I don't know that we would have easily located them. On-site staff was very kind and helpful with our check in. We just didn't anticipate the checkin limitations.

The bed was so comfortable that we slept in and missed breakfast but I'm sure it was great, just like everything else during our stay. We had a view of the water and sailboats, (the only thing that ruins the view is the older run-down homes you see when you look at your window (between you and the water) There's a fridge and small freezer, coffee/tea, a microwave and everything was spotlessly clean. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, funny and super nice to deal with. They handled any problems immediately and very professionally.

The only thing missing was a pool, everything else was amazing, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, we had an issue with our sink being plugged and they were up and fixing it immediately. The rooms are a little small but really, you're only sleeping there. We were out the entire time except for showering, changing or sleeping. There was a large group of teenagers staying on our floor and we couldn't hear anything at all once we were in our room for the night. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely everything! Clean, nice smelling, uncluttered. The Keurig coffee maker and pods were a delightful surprise. The pillows are soft, and you can pile them against the cushioned headboard. Wonderful shower/bath especially the shower head the water comes out warm hooray!

How quickly the time went! During the day I was with my family, and at night returned to my cocoon of softness and quiet. I love my darling family and staying at the Salish Inn made our visit even nicer we all had our quiet time at night.

Location was great, awesome view of the water. Check-in process was quick and easy.

Breakfast did not meet expectations. If I were you, I wouldn't advertise having breakfast and maybe partner with a local diner. You could provide a coupon or something. Building seems slightly understaffed though the hotel is rather small. Cleaning lady walked in on my wife at 830am after I went down to explore the breakfast offerings.

The motel was clean, quiet, and secure. Staff was cheerful and accommodating. Our room was smaller that i would have liked, but it was nicely set up. I didn't try breakfast as it was only open from 7:30-9 am. There is a keurig coffee maker in the room and a small ref/freezer. Rooms on the 4th floor may have a nice view of the marina and Mt Baker.

The hotel seemed brand new and the rooms were very clean. THe location was good and near stores and restaurants. It was a short walk down to the water if you want to do that. We were there for one night on our way to San Juan Island.

The check in staff was frazzled, she spoke so quickly I did not understand anything she said. She just wanted us out of her hair.

The room was great, the property met my expectations. Architecture and design are great

The continental breakfast was pretty mediocre at best. Maybe do less but better quality. Also, you have a great looking building, but a lot of trash in the landscaping. Should be the 1st thing done each morning is walk the property.
