The room was spacious/comfortable, and quiet. The daily housekeeping service was wonderful! The staff was attentive to any concerns or requests made. The lobby area is very nice, and accommodating for visiting and/or activities such as playing games, cards, etc. The breakfast choices were standard, with a nice selection of options.

The breakfast sausage and bacon were avoided. The dog barking in a room nearby was noticeable. The shower floor is not textured, and VERY SLIPPERY. RECOMMENDATIONS: *Two rubber floor mats are needed to prevent any slipping/personal injury. *A handicap bar outside the shower, as the bathroom floor can be slick also. An additional caddy in the shower would be helpful to hold shampoo, razor, etc.

Breakfast was awesome The bathroom and shower were great The room was very comfortable overall The location is very centralized, and you can get to a lot of different popular places in NW Washington within an hour drive or less (except Seattle or Mt Baker which are about an hour away each).

The gym was nice and clean, but kinda small The staff were nice, but they don't really inform you on certain things about the services/facilities like what time breakfast was or where the gym and pool were. They do have the times for breakfast posted up in the hallway in the lobby though.

Everything was good!

The hotel was clearly empty Christmas Eve. I asked if we could check out at noon instead of 11:00 as everything around was closed and we needed to kill one hour before visiting family. The front desk said the policy of the hotel was to charge $30.00 extra. I said no thank you. I have never had a hotel charge for one extra hour and especially when it seemed really dead there. Just sort of surprised me and I travel for a living stay in many hotels. No big deal just not very nice practice. Just saying!

New. Nice pool and hot tub. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

The architects did a great disservice when they designed the kitchen area directly outside the bath with the door on an angle. The door intrudes on the entry way. The comforters are lumpy and the stuffing is unevenly distributed. The mattress was extremely used on one side. For a new facility at a relatively high price point, one expected more.

The breakfast was pretty decent. Pleasantly surprised with the egg patties. Definitely a step up from typical hotel eggs. The sausage patties were delicious. There was a lactose free yogurt option, which was tasty. And the coffee was good too!

The oatmeal was a little meh, pretty goopy but edible. Was hoping for an English muffin one morning to make a breakfast sandwich, but none were available. Not sure if they were out, or just didn't have them as part of breakfast.

Parking was our only issue. We couldnt find a spot on Saturday night except out by the coffee shop. It didnt say if it was parking for the motel or not and we were worried we may get towed. Also most of the spots were set up so only a small car could park in them and still get out the next day. Not everyone drives a small car and it would be nice if spots were designated for full size pickups like they are for other things.

Clean and modern. Allowed pets (w/pet fee). Hotel added a Thurs night stay without requiring us to switch rooms.

Parking got a bit tight towards late evening. Added (Thurs) night (done by calling hotel) was charged at higher (weekend) rate than I'd thought it'd be when making the reservation (booking.com had it lower). Price seemed a bit high (ended up about $300/night for 3 nights), for Burlington - perhaps due to a big soccer tournament in town (in addition to the baseball tournament I was there for). Wished windows could be opened.

I liked the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had shipped leis from Honolulu to Washington. And the front desk called me as soon as my delivery got there. This was our 2nd stay here and service was really good like our 1st stay. Breakfast was just ok. Kitchen attended was so cheery, she was said good morning with a smile.

Breakfast was ok. Stayed for 9 days and the breakfast was never changed. They need to change items served during breakfast. Bacon or ham would be good!

The breakfast was excellent. Great selection and there was always enough food available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was in good working order.

I didn't like the lighting in the bathroom. There was a bright light (fluorescent or perhaps LED) around the perimeter of the mirror. The bottom part of the light was always shining in my eyes, yes "in my face". Since the light was only about 3-4" above the faucet, it was impossible to completely avoid looking into the light. Another concern which has been mentioned by other travellers is that the coffee area is right outside the bathroom door resulting in interference between using it and opening the door.
