From the staff to the breakfast and the room we stayed in, everything was really great! This was our first time here and we loved it and definitely will be back. What made it even more special was the staff. They were so kind and what made me think more highly of this place is when my mother and I couldn’t use the elevator and had to use the stairs, a housekeeper saw my elderly disabled mother having a hard time walking down the stairs. She went to her, and helped her walk all the way down the stairs. Now that’s going above and beyond. My sister even mentioned this to the receptionist at the front desk of how in awe she was of this housekeeper’s kindness. You know you’re in a great hotel or place when your staff is kind and friendly and speak highly of their job and boss. Anyways, we really enjoyed this wonderful place!!!

The staff were all amazing. The first night at check in, Nick, the manager on duty was SO friendly and accommodating. He offered me excellent recommendations for local dining options, and was so pleasant despite the late hour. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The towels and bedsheets were soft and fluffy, and the water pressure was great (something I have often found to be lacking in other hotels I have stayed at in the past). I honestly could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay.

The breakfast had a nice variety, and the location was close to Seattle which made it easy to see attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive. The snack selection was good too. The room was clean and comfortable and was exactly what I was expecting based on pictures. The lobby was being cleaned often and they had tea and coffee available in lobby as well as the room. All in all I would love to stay here again once I go back to Seattle.

The only thing I didn't like was the location since it was the tiniest bit hard to find, for me and my doordash driver haha. Still the hotel sign right in the parking lot made it clear enough, it's nothing to complain about.

I had an enjoyable stay at Comfort Inn Auburn-Seattle. The front desk staff were SO lovely and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze. The bed was comfy, and we got a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was good—I could have used more options, but still a very nice start to the day.

The only odd thing was that the curtains didn’t close all the way, which was a little weird.

That they accommodated our dietary restrictions.

The pool could have been cleaner. Something was floating in the water. So, I didn't use it. Also, I didn't like people smoking right outside the entrance. We are non-smokers and 2nd hand smoke makes us sick. It causes headaches and nausea for us.

Basic and adequate. No need for more! Could open a window, great! Plenty of towels and washcloths, no need for service during my stay. Great shower, awful shower curtain and rod.

Outdated. Toilet seat had bad stains that initially worried me. Clean but corners, microwave, carpeting, window ridges could be better detailed.

Breakfast was good the cookies were awesome staff was friendly, everything was great all in all.

The bathroom door did squeaked when you closed it which made quite middle of the night early morning bathroom visits hard and with for people in the room.

needs to be updated a bit more, key did not work all 5 days had to keep getting re-activated, dirty q-tip on floor, hair in towels, breakfast options were good, but could use a little more variety for longer stays we found a cockroach our first night it isn’t the hotel staff’s fault that was kind of eerie and gross

Nice, quiet location with lots of food and stores nearby. The room is nice and clean, very comfortable bed. Takes about 1 hr 30min to drive to Mt Rainier NP. It's a little pricey during the peak seasons in August, but I'll take it.

Our room was very quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a fantastic Mexican restaurant within walking distance that’s definitely worth checking out!

The a/c wasn’t great so the room was a bit too warm for sleeping.
