I was surprised to have a little refrigerator and a microwave in my room - loved it! And getting a hot breakfast every morning was a definite plus. The food was good, nice variety, and the breakfast room was clean and cheerful. The bed was so comfy and I slept like a baby. I felt the value for the price (less than half the cost of the hotel across the street, which didn't have any of the extra amenities) was exceptional! I have family in the area and visit on a regular basis. But I like to stay in a hotel because it's more relaxing than staying with relatives. I will definitely be back!

From the minute I walked in the concierge Nova was so welcoming and answered all my questions about fun things in the local area. They gave great suggestions for food, drinks, and some live music. While waiting for an Uber, I did witness another employee verbally attacked by a customer and watched Nova come in to help de-escalate the situation. When people make commercials about Best Western Nova is the type of person in those commercials. I almost never write reviews like this but I am so amazed at their customer service skills remaining calm AND helping someone while being verbally abused by a client like that. Gold star customer service to Nova because I know I myself would have a hard time with that.

Location: very close to freeway. Staff was always helpful, at all hours.

there was construction so the parking lot was full of vehicles, parking wasnt always convenient and certain doors won’t open after midnight, but some were, leaving for some really long trips back up to the room with belongings. the corner room has corner windows and short curtains, leaving sunlight to get in underneath and between the curtains so there’s no blacking out the sun. theirs a solid inch or more between the door and the floor, so you could hear everyone doing everything outside the room, when neighbors would open their door, it sounded like mine was opening so I panicked a few times.

Excellent location - just off the freeway for access to other city locations (I traveled up and down the entire Puget Sound region while there). Quiet neighborhood with several restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was outstanding. Large selection and a staff working hard to make sure things were refilled in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe going to and from my car and walking the neighborhood.

Breakfast could have been offered until a later time so I could sleep in a little. lol

Breakfast was good except some items ran out: yogurt, bacon, etc. but there were enough options to satisfy. Location was a bit in the "industrial" or semi commercial section but close to freeway without being noisy so it worked well. Room was quite clean and AC was fairly quiet and very efficient.

The pool was right below us and as it closed at 10 PM it wouldn't have been a problem except our 2nd night a bunch of young people were using it and yelling and screaming which woke us up (we had an early morning schedule to keep). I had to call the desk asking why the pool hours weren't being followed. To the staff's credit, they got on it right away and closed the area and the kids went away. Probably needed to have someone closely monitor the pool area activity to avoid this. Heck, if the kids weren't noisy, no one would have known or cared.

We had a room upgrade through Booking.com. The room was a very spacious king suite... clean and comfortable with lot's of room to spread out. The breakfast (included) was excellent, although the breakfast room was a bit small for the large number of clients. The small pool and hot tub were operating, but we didn't have time to try it. The hotel is just a block off the interstate (but Waze had trouble finding it for some reason). Air conditioning kept the room cool during a heat wave, but was rather noisy.

There is no parking near the entrance. Finding our way to the front desk was a bit difficult, and was a long walk from the parking area. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy, with major construction on the neighboring property.

The breakfast had lots of selections, room had all the essentials like a desk chair, just enough outlets, good lighting, plenty of pillows. Appreciated being able to check in early. Good location and plentiful parking. We've been traveling the west coast by car frequently this year, and this hotel stacks up well against others in its price range.

The coffee pot powered up but did not brew. The ramp leading up to the first floor/elevator needs to be shampooed. I thought it might indicate a dirty facility, but that proved not to be the case. Just a negative first impression. The room was a little noisy - we could hear people walking around above us at 2 and 3 a.m.

I was given a suite which I didn't expect. The bed was so comfortable. The view of the Cascade mountains from my bedroom was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind.

The only thing that damper my stay was there's a construction work beyond the hotel property. Kaiser Permanente is expanding their building so be warned that during the week construction will be going on. I booked my stay for the weekend checking out on Tuesday. There was no construction work on Monday so I was lucky my stay was not interrupted by the noise from the construction. I recommend this hotel anyway because what they control such as clean rooms, friendly staff, good food was fantastic. Thank you team.

Terrific value for the price, and near where we wanted to be. I was delighted that there was a really nice gym - didn't expect that - and the breakfast really was amazing - tons of hot food, which was being replenished right up to the last minute. Construction (and freeway) in the area but noise was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Maid service has been suspended, but that didn't turn out to be a problem for our three-day stay. The heater/ac unit was noisy enough to wake me up when it kicked on, but it definitely worked well.

Convenient location. Room service was good.

Card readers didn't work at times, had to walk to another entrance to get inside building. Not enough vegan choices for breakfast. No oat or almond milk provided for breakfast.
