The heated clean pool, its so nice and we enjoyed it. Restaurant, a lil bit pricey. Room is clean.

The bathroom. the water from shower gets in the bathroom floor even if theres curtain, and it stays stuck there unless you clean or wiped it yourself. We ask frontdesk and told them to clean our room when we we went outside early morning, but they forgot. So we ended up asking for new clean towels and toiletries instead.

One of the best night's sleep myself or my wife have ever had, and our three year old even mentioned how comfortable the beds were. The staff were very friendly, and it was safe and enjoyable to take strolls directly outside of the hotel.

Everyone in the hallway sounds like they are inside of your room. It is a little unnerving the first time it happens but otherwise it's fairly common in hotels, so most travelers probably won't have an issue with this small detail.

Overall, clean and modern. Close to water but somewhat isolated. Rooms were nice. Beds are comfy. The Jetty Restaurant has great food.

Problem with billing after checking out. Hotel charged me again. Literally impossible to reach anyone by phone to get corrected. Phone just rings and ring. Frustrating.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The showers were excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff on reception were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant and outside seating area were very pleasant.

We were hoping to have happy hour in the outside seating area, but was told this was only available inside, which was disappointing. There were not enough umbrellas for all tables in the outside area to have shade, on one of the hottest, sunniest days of the year. The breakfast service was rather slow.

Everything was perfect. Location, room, bed, staff, all wonderful. Hosted a celebration of life for my family member here in a banquet room, and they catered.PERFECTION. People are still raving about it. The food is excellent too. Recommend this amazing place near the salt water. Smells fresh and clean. Will be back FOR SURE!! the waterfront location is very nice and was conveniently placed for my business on the Naval Station Everett. the room was very clean and comfortable. Bed quality was above expectations.

Juat a few things: broken ice machine; problems in kitchen caused early close down of restaurant. There are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance and they are not impressive.

Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were incredible. Everything in the rooms is quality and tastefully executed, right down to having shampoo and conditioner in each room. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and I had a view of the water and a balcony which was so fun. The staff made me and my dog feel at home, and room service was fast. I arrived early in the morning and check in was so easy and quick. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

loved everything! the staff was incredibly friendly, fun location, loved the design, food was DELICIOUS! was thrilled with my view of the pier.

would have loved a tub in my room for the price. also, if I had realized my room was near the elevators, I would have switched. my room (in my opinion) was really expensive, but there was a lot of traffic and noise around my room night and day, kids running up and down the halls, men fighting in the hall, screaming and laughing, doors crashing constantly.

I love the location. This is are third time staying down there.

It was way to loud late at night. Wish we had more food options this was our third time staying down there and all the time it's super loud. Might try to find a different one not so loud

We travel a lot and appreciate thorough reviews from others to help us select a place that fits our needs, or make minor adjustments so we bring everything we'll need.. So I'm going to be detailed in the little things. Hopefully this helps you decide if this is good for you. Sometimes, the devil is in the details. We really enjoyed our stay here. The faculty and the room were impeccably clean. Seriouslly. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The marina was lovely for walking and chatting. Our room overlooked the marina and the bay and gave a wonderful light and bright view. The windows also had both privacy sheers AND blackout shades! Super appreciated that. The room was totally dark until we wanted it bright! The TV swivels so you can watch from the living room or the bed. The sofa was a hideabed, but we didn't investigate that. Ok there were some weird things about this suite. It is a very institutional and minimalist design. Wide open space. Minimalist furniture. Super duper clean and sparkly, but there was some things that were strange. Like... no place to hang clothes or a towel in the bathroom. Inside the giant shower, there was NO shelf at all. Just smooth walls. No place to put your soap or shampoo except the floor. I think this is rather dangerous too. They provide a small shampoo, but you have to put it in the floor. No towel hanger near the shower either. The only towel hanger was mounted under the bathroom counter, as if the only thing you needed a towel for was drying your hands after washing in the sink. Guys, this bathroom was big. You can't even come close to reaching the towels from the shower. Okay, not reachable from the shower, so the towel went on the floor too. Very weird, and not very thought out for usefulness, although it is probably easy to keep clean. We've stayed lots of places that ask you to hang your towels to dry and reuse them to save water. I guess that's not a priority at this hotel.
