There is coffee in the thermos' all day long in the lobby downstairs. I liked the way the room was set up; we had a sofa that doubled as a bed (my 14-year-old said it was comfy) with a pull out bed underneath. This was separated from the "master bed" by a desk with a glass screen. Fridge/drinks area was clean. A true closet was delightful. Shopping is within walking distance. A little longer walk takes you to Gilman Villiage.

I thought it was a bit pricey, but I remember Issaquah as a cow-town. The area is very commercial, so not terribly inviting. Our view was of a drab parking lot. Breakfast was just ok: a lot of packaged goods, some fruit.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.

We asked the front desk if he could print us directions to Lumen field and he said he didn't know where that was and told me to use my Google maps on my phone. He then went to get manager. I asked the manager of he could tell me the closes sound transit station/ park and ride, his reply was I didn't vote for that so I don't know............. There was no information post or sheet in room for check out or when breakfast started and ended. So we missed that.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a great size for 5 people, especially the bathroom and closet. Breakfast options were great, and there was a large area to eat. I appreciated the always-available coffee bar with ice water too. Overall a clean and comfortable hotel.

I feel it's a bit overpriced, even for a suite-type room. The elevator made some scary noises that were concerning.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. This hotel has just about everything you need. Good parking. Very close to Issaqua city center and shopping areas. It's a new hotel so everything is clean and up to date.

The breakfast was a bit small. The air conditioning was a bit difficult. The room is so large and the thermostat on the far end from the AC so it gets real cold and than warm and than real cold.

The location was great for our scheduled excursions

The parking lot is way too cramped. It is very difficult to park two cars next to each other. Many guests decided to park in two spots to ensure their car would not be damaged. Our bathroom had a horrible smell of wet dog. You had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the smell in; but when you opened the door to use the bathroom the smell took your breath away

Modern spacy rooms, quiet. Near hiking trails. Breakfast until 9 (too early for us) and limited in (healthy choice) but ok for US standards. Per mistake forgot to ask for roomservice and still got it for 1 day (the other days no cleaning). Small swimming pool but as there was nobody ok. Issaquah old and new center nearby. Overall a good stay. would go again

We were not aware that we had to pay for parking/garage. bookings.com did not show the price including garage. Reception should have asked if we wanted roomservice (we forgot but would have wanted to have roomservice). Breakfast healthy choice could have been better (also some better knifes to be able to open the orange would have been great.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, proximity to desired locations.

Room above us was rambunctious until 11:30-12. Might of been children not sure and decided it wasn't worth calling about as it was hit and miss not a constant uproar. I totally understand the excitement of little ones on a hotel visit.

The room was very clean with a beautiful spa like smell from cleansing. Bed and sofa bed were comfy and plenty of space. Loved having a fridge and a microwave as well. The staff were super friendly and eager to help.

I didn't like paying $12 for parking but I guess that's standard. The breakfast was good - not exceptional but better than many continental breakfasts. Appreciated having this option.

The room was large with very comfortable sofa that opened into two beds - perfect for my little kids. Also a big closet for the suitcases.

The bathroom had a sliding door which had a big semi-transparent window in the middle. Not that you could see anything through, but whenever someone wants to go the bathroom at night, it lights up the entire room.

Spacious room, accessible.

Minimal horizontal surface in bathroom. Room lacked warmth, in design. Breakfast not accessible to vegan diet. Housekeeping did not check in to replace towels, etc.
