It was immaculately clean and perfectly located.

The dining options were not good for a property of this level. They were unable to accommodate many many people for breakfast at Watertable including our family at 9:30 when breakfast was listed until 10:00. They had us order right at desk takeout and it was $120 of really badly prepared abd tasting breakfast food. Most of it was thrown away. I had inquired at checkin about breakfast for our party of 5 rooms/8 people and none of the people helping us mentioned we would need reservations.

The hotel interior and room were both beautiful and well designed. The view from the restaurants were gorgeous and the nearby pier was wonderful to walk on.

The beds were not very comfortable- but the main culprit was the pillows. At first I thought I had just slept poorly, but then my husband mentioned it, as well as a friend staying in the other room. There was also a major dance competition that was taking place during our stay and it would have been nice to have a little heads up. The place was packed with noisy families (it was like sleepover vibes but with 75 groups) and it made it impossible to get a table at the restaurant.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with a wonderfully peaceful area, breathtaking views, exceptional service from the front desk staff, great location, competitive pricing, and an overall memorable and enjoyable experience.

My experience at the Market store in the hotel was extremely negative due to unfriendly and rude staff, leading me to strongly discourage guests, especially those who are black, from visiting.

The stay was phenomenal. We had the room with lake view, and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean. The bathroom had a tub and shower, and it was very spacious. Had a big flatscreen TV that could be pulled out. Ample parking at the parking lot, and rate was cheaper than downtown Seattle.

There was only one receptionist when we checked in (around 4pm), and she was on the phone so we had to wait a while. Also had to pay to use fast wifi, but even then it was so-so

State of the art hotel, big and comfortable room with excellent bed and bathroom. Very large TV. The indoor pool is clean and invites you to relax. Great Lake views.

Lockers in the spa/pool area didn’t work, had no manual. Weekend breakfast must have reservations, even when it’s complimentary - we waited an hour.

We had an amazing stay, and also great celebration in the private dinning area  for my mother’s 90th birthday. Dominique was exceptional to work with regarding all the details. She made the event so special!

Loved everything about the property and all of the staff so kind and helpful!

Pretty area a little overpriced for not even receiving towels or a clean room after texting like they asked for service

For the amount you pay we asked twice for just clean towels and never received them

The room was very comfortable and the view spectacular especially at sunset. Parking was abundant and spacious with spaces to charge electric cars.

The parking $28 a night was too expensive - that should be complimentary. The 11am checkout is too early.

I liked it very much

That there was no music and opportunity to dance. Check out at the desk is not convenient due to long lines. The Market not have good celections and also had long lines. There were no kayaks for rentals or bicycles. I liked Hyatt Regency in Arizona much more since it offered more things to do and had better bars and restaurants.

Wonderful location (if you're going the non-touristy route), beautiful lakeside views, lots of amenities. Fantastic fitness facilities including a huge gym and pool. The rooms are great, very nicely outfitted.

This is probably a Hyatt thing, and not necessarily tied to this hotel, but felt like there was some nickel-and-diming, including paying extra to get better WiFi connection. Doesn't fit with what you're paying and the general vibe of the place, but again, probably an overall corporate strategy. (Also, wish it had a dedicated breakfast area instead of a Starbucks, but that might just be me.)
