Great grounds, breakfast and child friendly facility, which was exactly what why we booked.

The first room we were put in smelled badly of dog. There were dogs roaming the halls and barking consistently. We politely asked for a room switch, and were told that our only option was to upgrade for $100 a night, so that is what we did. We were also given the wrong new room assignment, so while my kids and I were unpacking and looking around, another family walked in on us (of course not their fault, they were lovely.) But what if we had been undressing or bathing? We were given a very brief apology by staff and no other attempts were made to right the error.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Icicle Village Resort, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. The resort itself is nestled in a picturesque location, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. I particularly appreciated the cozy bed and the modern amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The on-site breakfast options was very good. One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's plethora of activities. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying a game of mini-golf, or exploring the nearby hiking trails, there was always something fun to do. Overall, Icicle Village Resort is a gem. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate. I can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories!

Comfortable beds, clean well-maintained room with a modern shower and plenty of towels. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I was attending an on-site conference, but the hotel is in a great location to access Leavenworth's downtown area. I didn't have time to go for breakfast, but the food items supplied for the conference were delicious. Along with the coffee and tea, iced tea and lemonade were also available. I'm assuming that the breakfast bar would have been delicious as well because the food would have been provided by the same team.

The USB plugs were available on the outlet next to the bed, but they didn't charge well when our charger was plugged into them. We had to find another charger to plug into the regular outlet in order to get our phones to charge.

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and we had a good variety of choices. We also enjoyed the hotel surroundings and ample parking. Lastly, we did go to the restaurant/bar and enjoyed some pretty good food and beverages. Their kabobs were excellent.

Our HVAC unit was rather noisy and needed a good cleaning, but that seems to be a rather common thing in many hotels around here. Other than that, we had no exterior noises and we slept well. We had to pay $60.00 in order to play mini-golf with our family who were also staying there. We felt that $10 per person was excessive, especially since two of us were children. Perhaps a free pass for guests or a reduced fee, would have been much better.

* Breakfast end at 10 am, we went there at 9: 30 and there was no food any more. There should be enough food till breakfast is over. * There was a hold fee of 50 dollars per night and this was not told when the reservation was made. ( money can be returned from 3 to 7 days) I believe this should be explained before to go there with enough money. *We had a fridge in the room but not drinks ( even water) * I would recommend go with pills 💊 if you need any because the hotel sell it don't have a medical box.

Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Usually don't like hotel coffee but you nailed that too. 👍👍 when I booked on line it says for 11.00 more you can upgrade your room. NOT. that was probably a scam through the website. Lady at desk said she never saw that before, and dosen't show it on her end. But she took care of us and gave us a better room. Very thankful. 😁👍 coming in December is a must see.

Could definitely use better pillows.

Somehow when booking the room, I never saw a reference to upstairs. When we checked in and went to our room, it was upstairs. I use a cane and have much difficulty with stairs. However, the desk clerk was able to quickly change us to adjoining rooms on the ground floor.

First morning evidently some of kitchen staff did not show up. My daughter and grandson had booked a snowmobile adventure, and had only a minimal cold breakfast. They stopped at a gas station to grab protein bars. However, Icicle Village handled the situation appropriately. A manager explained and apologized to us.

This was our 4th time staying at this location over the past 5 years. It seamed a little more worn for example the ice machine didn't work on the 3rd floor. The room was clean but little things always get overlooked like the bathroom fan cover was dirty and there were some stains on the ottoman. nothing major we will stay again.

Too far from town to walk. but we know this and have stayed 4 different times so it really doesn't bother us.

Property was very nice. Comfortable beds, clean and rooms were a nice size. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing! Thanks “Jake” for all the texts.

The ONLY negative is that the pool was not heated. Felt like mountain water. Doesn’t bother kids but for older adults is was way too cold. Even a little warmer would be great. We were looking forward to sitting by the pool and cooling off and it just way too cold. Hot tub was very warm and felt great.

Overall the resort is clean. It has a lot of stuff to do, the mini golf, game room, heated pools and hot tub. It's about a mile away from downtown but you can rent cycles. The complimentary breakfast has a good spread. The on site restaurant, JJs menu is limited, but tasty. The rooms are pretty spacious (deluxe double room), but could do with few upgrades

An interesting check in experience which bittered the entire stay..We had booked 2 rooms - now expectation would be to have the rooms close by if not side by side. I got one of the first floor and one on the third. On requesting close by rooms I was sweetly told there is no availability - bummer. Ok, so we go to the third floor room and... it is already occupied!!! When we went back to the front desk they apologized for the inconvenience and guess what - replaced it with a room on the first floor just a couple of rooms away from my first one! The rooms are pretty spacious (deluxe double room), but could do with few upgrades - the cupboard doors and basin faucets are all creaky and hard.
