Room was very spacious. Staff at front desk were always very nice to interact with. We did not ask for our room to be cleaned on the second day but did ask for fresh bath towels. We received an entire set of fresh towels and the used ones were removed. Very nice of staff. Bar staff during happy hour were in a great mood and fun to interact with. Right after we checked in we dropped our bags and headed out. On our way out we saw a room attendant in the hallway and asked if she could fill the empty hand soap dispenser when she got a chance and mentioned no rush as we were leaving. She very kindly did she would be happy to take care of that right away and did so. Breakfast staff are the unsung hero’s. That’s a busy service and everything was always tidy and replenished. Really great food too!

Excellent breakfast, beautiful property, spacious room. Staff was very sweet. Multiple elevators so never a wait. Lots of parking and nice clean pool. Wet family friendly - the kids loved it.

Loud and rowdy kids and adults in atrium, it closes at 10 and the noise stopped. But we had to leave early for the airport and this made our early bed time difficult. Also the traffic noise from the freeway kept me up. The hotel was great for our traveling family but may not be the best choice for a quiet getaway

The amazing desk staff, Marlene and Connie. They had to deal with a difficult third party booking who wasted over one and one half hours on the reservation problem. The breakfast crew , especially the omelot makers. The housekeeping staff who quietly take care of all that is clean. Thank you.

I wish we had gotten a notice that pool closed for repairs. That was the point of coming with my grandson. This time, the mattresses in the room we had needed replacing. Everyone rolled into center , squeaked when getting up or down in bed and the couch had a deep crater in it when sitting down.

This was the best staycation! We celebrated my grandsons 11th birthday. This hotel is so clean and every employee there just makes you feel so welcomed. The pool was amazing and perfect temperature for both the swimming area and the hot tub. the complementary breakfast where you can have custom omelettes was amazing as well! It’s way better than your average continental at other locations!! we will be staying here again

Breakfast is amazing and the appy time with drink voucher is much appreciated. Rooms are clean and overall hotel was very tidy. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit and it was taken care of asap.

Hot tub could be hotter. We only had one remote for the two tvs in our room. But there is not a lot that we didn’t like about the place. Overall was a great stay.

Breakfast was excellant. Place was very clean. Staff veey friendly. Has a onsite resturant. A bit pricy but meals were big enough to share.

The rooms, even though a mobility issue stated, were as far from the front desk as we could get. The hotel was quite hard to get to the first few times.

1. Chinese Receptionist we encounter is arrogant. Her customer service value is below 0. 2. Pool is rusty. And grout is dirty.

It was so clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable.

The room was very sparce, no brochures to show the areas amenities, restaurants etc., no instructions on where ice was or even pool hours. No creamer for the coffee and only one controller for 2 TVs.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It makes the place feel very homie and makes it perfect for families. I hope this culture is able to stay intact. Also, the staff was very forthcoming in making our stay very special.

The hot tub was out of service already for several weeks and made us wonder why it is not getting fixed sooner. Same with 2 of the 3 elevators. Small, inexpensive cosmetic upgrades could go a long way. Perhaps a little investment would be timely. Made me feel like the owners are not paying attention to supporting this amazing staff sufficiently.
