The breakfast and coffee was a wonderful treat each day. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating to all of our needs. I was most pleased with the various restaurants around the area.

The room was a little dated and the air conditioning units need maintenance. While there are a lot of sites in the area, foot traffic is slightly difficult which is disappointing, but no reflection of the hotel or staff.

I was in the Seattle area on business so I was not able to eat breakfast due to time constraints. The location of this hotel is great, near the Kingston Ferry plus the area is completely walkable. Being that close to the ocean was delightful since there was a heat wave going on while I was there. Room was clean and the staff very helpful

Parking was a bit of a challenge since the hotel is on the edge of a strip mall area. The parking spaces marked for the hotel were all full so finding a parking space was tough at the end of the day.

Hotel is easily accessible. Large rooms. Great hot breakfast which has extended hours. Free Wifi. Ample parking. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. Pleasant staff. Hot drink assortment available in lobby 24/7. Walking distance to many restaurants. Attended an event nearby, hotel was conveniently located about 15 minute drive away. A small pub/grill directly across from hotel on Dayton; food was tasty and prices reasonable.

Rooms not soundproof. Able to hear people upstairs walking around, talking and TV. Hard pillows but mattress was comfortable. An in-room safe would be nice. Like most hotels now, no cleaning, emptying trash, refreshing towels or toiletries, etc. unless requested in advance. Many restaurants closed early 7-8 pm on Friday evening. Front desk only offered map of eating establishments and did not know which could deliver....surprising considering so many people have had to order take out food the past 2+yrs of Covid. No close mini mart, groceries or pharmacy nearby. Pharmacy was closed on weekend. Several miles to grocery store if need to purchase a few necessities. An ACE store had a few items but limited + $$$.

Location, location, location. Walking distance to Edmonds restaurants, waterfront parks (4), marina. Great Transit access walking from Ferry and Amtrak stations. Complimentary EV charging a huge plus. Good size room, better than average Best Western breakfast included.

A little difficult to find with the Google Maps becuase it took us into the business complex. Needed a second pass to find the front door.

I liked the pool, however ,with the fountain of water spraying up all the time it was difficult to swim if you did not water spraying onto your head. it is pretty to look at but not reasonable for swimming. perhaps kids love it though 😊,

1) Friendly, accommodating staff. 2) Able to put in requests at time of booking. 3) Hand sanitizing stations, masks required and also worn by the staff. Seemed committed to health and safety during these covid times. 4) I liked the quality of pillows, bed, and towels. 5) Breakfast had several options and was varied. 6) Carpet was clean even under the furniture (had to move a sitting chair). 7) Several lighting choices around the room 8) Pleasant, calming artwork on the walls (music, nature) - I really liked your choices. 9) Interesting silent auction in the lobby one day. 10) Great location, close to the marina.

1)The room was quite cold upon arrival.The window had been open about 4-5 inches all day, hidden by the curtain (it was 37°F out). 2) There is a hole in the bottom of the door, visible from the inside of the room. This would not be safe if there were a fire/smoke etc. 3) (minor) Sometimes had to jiggle the toilet handle to get it to stop filling.

Breakfast was very well done best we have except in Europe. Wonderful hours on the breakfast and loved the warm chocolate chip cookies Great staff just except we could not get us an extra blanket. We also liked we had a late check out and we got out before we needed to leave.

Our refrigerator was broken and noisy and the toliet was the lowest toilet we have ever seen or used--hard to sit on or get off of if you have slight mobility problems--not a normal height--next time we will get a disabled room

Room was clean and quiet in hallways. It was decorated for Christmas Holiday Season Beautifully.

Booked over a month in advance requesting a view. BW Waterfront Harbor Inn doesn't actually have waterfront near it. My mother and I also requested a handicapped accessed room. At check in we were assigned room 230 located 2nd floor down long hallways towards back of building with the view facing the maintenance gymnasium walls. We had paid for 2 nights stay because we were to arrive 6 hours before check in time 3 pm, due to Amtrak arrival time 9am in Edmonds, WA. We paid ($350.20) for one nights stay. My problem was: room #320 was like being walled in a hole. I requested to move to a better view was given room #210 facing front of hotel roadway.

Convenient location minutes from the ferry. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains. Breakfast was good too.

I'll have to come back between Memorial Day and Labor Day, when the pool and spa are open. That certainly wasn't a deal breaker though.
