Very nice room, loved the bathroom with LOTS of counter space and towels. Room was very spacious, super clean & lots of charging ports which was very nice change from most hotels! Beds & linens were very nice. Breakfast was also great, with lots to choose from. Location is great with more than enough shopping & dinning choices to choose from, and easy access off I-5. Would stay there again.

They had a problem with the card reader at check-in time. Young guy at desk wrote down all my info on credit card to enter it manually "later". My credit card has been compromised before so I am always suspicious now, but there has been no problem...yet!! It was probably legit, but I'll be keeping my eye on my credit card statements for sure!!

I have been at this hotel previously and it was wonderful. . The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge worked very well. I used the work out equipment and would only recommend that you have supplies available to clean it with after use. we also found the smell of chlorine and the humidity of the pool area a bit overwhelming. Otherwise it was a great place. The breakfast was very good.

When we first arrived it was 1.5 hours before check in time at 4. I was told that the room was not ready and could not check in and that it was policy not to check in before 4. I realize that there is a shortage of cleaning people which makes it hard to have the rooms ready early.

From check in to check out, all our expectations for the price we paid for our two room ensuite were exceeded. The breakfast was top notch with options for everyone and great coffee to boot!

More marking would be nice.... It was jam packed with people for the Formula Drift racing at the Evergreen Raceway in Monroe while there was a massive wedding party staging out from the hotel.

Always clean and friendly. The staff were helpful, the breakfast area was nice and seemed well stocked. The front desk staff were able to comp our "parking" fee since I had booked prior to the fee being instituted.

The policy for parking changed prior to our arrival and I was informed we would be charged $10 to park. The staff graciously removed the fee since we had booked 2 months prior to fee being issued.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

They didn't make it clear that you had to request for the room to be cleaned each day. By the third day, we asked the cleaning crew to clean our room and they said, "OK." But when we came back late that evening, our room hadn't been cleaned. The waste baskets were overflowing, out of towels, and beds weren't made. When I called the front desk about it he said, "Oh you could just bag up the trash and leave it outside the door." He didn't give much of an apology, nor did he offer to bring up clean towels. This was bad customer service.

location was easy to find located at the north end of the 5 close to the 5 for access the following morning on return to canada. check in was quick, stephen at the desk was courteous and aknowledged our request of a room selection on the main floor. hotel parking was spacious, restaurants close by. hotel room was a good size with fridge and microwave, it was clean and ws comfortable. very good selection of hot and cold breakfast items, certainly a better selection than some major chains during the current downturn in hospitality service.

althought the hotel is relatively new, the soundproofing of the rooms could be better, we were able to hear the couple next door.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was great, room (and the rest of the place) was clean, beds were comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze. Breakfast was as it should be, nothing fancy but it was warm (or cold), as expected, and on time (everything was in place at 6 am).

Just a minor issue with logging in to wi-fi. Instructions were to log in with last name and room number, ended up having to enter both first and last name for both occupants of the room. Had to call twice and go to reception to be able to connect but it was all good.

The location is super convenient to my work at Paine Field. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff is very friendly! This is the second time I stayed here, and will be doing so in the future!

The only thing I could say could be better is the overall price of the room. For what it’s worth, I understand that things are expensive right now due to inflation and all, but the value of the room is not quite worth what was paid. Oh well.

Room was clean, comfortable. We choose this hotel for the breakfast. It was oatmeal, scrambled eggs, grits and sliced ham. Hotel location close to the Alderwood mall, Barnes & Noble and the interstate I-5. Also they have Zero% shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

unfortunately, the mattress and pillow were uncomfortable and lended to a bad night's sleep.

My entire weekday was charged the first day I got there so I paid upfront for the stay. I did not expect that I expected a deposit but not $900 worth so I’ve never had that happen at another hotel so for that reason I won’t be staying here again.
