Excellent pool! Warm, clean, inviting. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. Staff was fantastic and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Parking was secure and underground. Great location near Tulalip lights and the mall. Couldn’t ask for more really. And they have fresh cookies! Very very glad the shampoos and soaps didn’t contain any nuts or coconut since my son is allergic. That was rare and nice!

I guess I would prefer a super sensitive hypoallergenic detergent for sheets and all, but that’s not realistic for a hotel these days. It was fine for everyone else. Oh, and the hot tub wasn’t performing quite right. It pumped in cold water when we turned on the jets and it was very heavy chemical smelling so we didn’t use it.

We can for a basketball tournament so it was centrally located to our location, it was nice and clean, breakfast was good.

They must have just dumped a lot of chemicals in the pool or someone who didn’t know what they were doing did because our kids got sick after being in it. All of a sudden like 10 kids from the team were gagging and coughing really bad and two littlest ones were puking. They did not swallow the water .. you could feel it burning your throat and eyes from the air. We took all the kids out after that and they were really bummed they couldn’t swim since that’s why we booked to stay.

Elena , who works at front desk, was very helpful during the check in process. After we said that there were problems with the keys ( we couldn’t open the door) she programmed 2 new keys and walked with us to the room to make sure that the keys are working. Very appreciated

The hotel was on the newer side so it was contemporary in design. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was ample and a lot to choose from. Furnishing in the rooms were in very good condition and the rooms were kept very clean.

The doors to the rooms opened and closed a little loud. The floors creeked in the room above me and as you walk doen the hallways. The restroom layouts were a little difficult to manuver around inside, they were a little tight.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great in the morning Staff was good.

There was not much we did not like. We only stayed one night, but it was comfortable. The location of the hotel was interesting, but we realize everything in Washington is quite compact and tucked into small spaces.

the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was able to take a bath for the first time in over a year with your special aids in the tub area. Yah! It was very clean and quiet. thank you. Breakfast was nice too,

The computer problem with the card that was already approved. the weird blind and curtains. Maybe some instructions? Parking could be tight.

I arrived an hour before check in and the front desk person ( the guy in the wheelchair) not sure of his name , was very accommodating and went up and beyond to help me out to see if my room was ready. Not only did he get me a room that was available he made sure my room was clean and ready upon entering the room and made sure I had extra bedding for the hideaway. I like that he is very professional at his job and made me feel very welcoming.

The only thing I didn't like is that the elevator floors were always dirty. That could use some more attention.

Really clean rooms, pool and hot tub. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, liked the locked underground parking garage.

Shower head didn’t allow much water pressure and we were out of hand soap. We only got 3 bath towels even though we are a family of 4.

Great Breakfast, Small store had what I needed.

I thought the room would have a separate nook for reading etc in the middle of the night. Shower head had a lot of calcium build up.

Breakfast great selections for vegetarians. Best coffee ever. Food fresh. Outstanding oatmeal. Well staffed with helpful friendly folks.

Everything meet or exceeded expectations. Front deskbstaff welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable. Great location.
