The hotel was clean and took security precautions so I felt safe. Breakfast was predictable but fresh. Location enabled us to drive into Seattle without using a toll bridge or the freeway.
The homeless camp in the next block and hookers walked the street 2 blocks down

Covered parking; 4th floor south facing rooms have a wonderful view of the downtown skyline; housekeepers clean rooms daily, replenished with fresh towels; receptionists friendly & helpful; full breakfast served every morning is plentiful; rooms are quiet & well insulated from outside traffic noises. excellent value also.
I wasn’t disappointed with anything during my stay.

Great location close to shops easy access to all conveniences,attended a funeral and the funeral home was an easy 3 minute drive, also easy access to freeway and restaurants. Particularly liked the late - noon checkout.
Perhaps refurbishing the property is now due.

It's a good hotel if you don't have too much expectations
The breakfast area was small. Because of that, some guests had to eat in the lobby. The sausages were super greasy. My room was ok and spacious. But I find it expensive for this kind of hotel

Not only that the room was clean and spacious, the staffs were very friendly and nice. The location was really good for dining, especially if you enjoy authentic Asian/Chinese food. It is also close to Carkeek park/beach, the best park for kids especially!
The part of Aurora street where the hotel is located is also a red light district. There were a lot of street level activities. But that was not the hotel's fault really and I did feel safe staying in the hotel.

It's far removed from any attractions (about a 30 minute drive) and in a slightly bad neighborhood.

This hotel appears to have been hired to take in some of the homeless in the area. No issues, however. Everyone was super nice. Walls a bit thin. Someone decided they needed to watch TV loudly during sleep hours.

Everything was nice and clean! Also the breakfast was amazing! Where else can you get fresh made waffles in the morning? And it was so quiet! We will be coming back!

The staff were all very friendly and efficient.
The location is a little weird and hard to find, and then the main street it's on is just about one way. Requires a bunch of u-turns. Parking is VERY limited and cramped.
