Excellent location if one likes Seattle neighborhood experience. On the most attractive street in Ballard, a step away from restaurants, bars, shops. Great old building. High end gym access with two pools (need reservation) and great selection of group classes.

It was noisy with wedding party on the top floor event space. We were on the fourth floor and fortunately had dinner plans to escape the disco upstairs. Another negative was the ignorant and not welcoming attitude of some of the front desk staff at check in and out. Not what we expect in a high end hotel. However, a couple of evening staff members very friendly. Finally, somewhat overpriced for Seattle.

The location is delightful—Ballard has been a favorite neighborhood of mine for years, and despite the gentrifying changes over the years it's still got wonderful character and isn't too polished or predictable. The hotel delivers on everything—it's really a treat to stay there. I booked one overnight as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday and as a Londoner formerly in the hospitality industry, his bar is kinda high for hotels. He was delighted and described everything as "perfect."

The only improvement would be if the fitness center was open 24/7—haha. Truly, there wasn't a thing that was wanting. All was fabulous.

the hotel is as beautiful and cozy as the photographs promise, and the location is exceptional. little movie theatre walking distance, fantastic restaurants and cute stores all over the place. sunday farmers' marked right under the windows... just lovely.

the hotel guests have access to health club facilities that are beyond phenomenal ... but do not get fooled by the vision of its nice swimming pool, there is a very strict sign-up policy that apparently opens every month. health club members snatch all they can as soon as they are able to :-)

Great location, close to great dining and bars , really enjoyed using the facilities gym and pool .very nice room clean spacious, great bathroom . Lovely balcony veiw over the city

Feel that check in at 4 is unacceptable when you have to be out by 11 , rooms should be ready by 1 pm at latest. Also we arrived really early off a long flight and was walking the streets for hrs which other places we would not have done this .

The suite on the top floor was beautiful. So comfortable and cozy with the fireplace and soaking tub. Great location near bars and restaurants in Ballard. Garage a little tight and you should definitely confirm with the hotel if they are having an event on the top floor. It could get loud. They should really only rent those rooms for event attendees, but they don’t. Otherwise, loved this place and would stay again.

Location is good, the room is comfortable and everything was very clean. The gym next door is great in case you’re looking for a place to keep the routine. The farmers market on Sunday happens in the same street and it is pretty nice too.

I wish there was at least one option for breakfast or room service for that. There are a lot of options nearby but that would have been convenient for our checkout day, for example.

Pros: Location - Close to many restaurants and bars and shopping. Bed - Very comfortable. Gym - Access to Full Service Gym

Cons: Hotel Restaurant Closed on Mon & Tue (No Room Service on these days as well) Furniture seemed dated / odd style. Desk and chair were flimsy. Front Desk was rarely occupied. Employees stayed in the back. No Valet

The location was great with lots of restaurants and shops up and down the street, the Ballard Locks and fish ladder are close enough to walk to. We had fresh juice from Yaygit that was delicious!

The parking garage was open and accessible to anyone walking on the street. I felt a little uncomfortable when I had to go down there at night alone to grab something from my car.

Room and hotel were very nice. Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and big. Parking was xonvenient

Low on amenities. Was hoping to use the pool in evening but the pool is not part of the hotel. It's an adjacent sports facility which requires making reservations on person. So we could not use it that day. Similarly the restaurant is not part of the hotel and not open two days a week. So we could not eat there. There are lot of eateries around but we reached on 4th of July when most were shut.

Ballard is a super-happening neighborhood and I recommend it highly, There room was first class in comfort and facilities.

This is a smaller hotel, so fewer facilities. There was (weakish) coffee in the reception area, but no ability to get breakfast. Fortunately there are a number of places in the area to get coffee and light breakfast.
