We loved our stay here and there was so much to like. This was definitely a hidden gem. Beds were comfy, great ocean view, staff were very friendly/professional. Loved the breakfast. Our rate was nicely priced. Loved that there was a bar onsite. Hotel was not overly busy. Great little get away. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

A little feedback: carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced, stains were an eye sore and wish the hot tub was open while we were there but other than everything else was great.

The staff on the phone as well as in person were exceptional they could teach others how to deal with the public.

The bed was very very comfortable but it would have been nice to have extra blankets in the closet to use if needed I felt like I was just under a sheet which made it hard to get comfortable. Also would like to have had something in the room letting us know what was around the area IE: restaurants, places of interest.

Location was great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the woman running it was fantastic. Our room had a balcony and a great view of the beach. Hotel is quiet at night.

Way over priced and needs a remodel. We stayed for four days and requested room service of clean towels and garbage to be emptied but housekeeping never came once. The queen bed was all broke down in the middle so I woke up every morning with a backache. Carpet in hallways needs to be replaced as it is badly stained and worn.

Nice room, great view. but you don’t offer wine bottle openers for the wine you purchase before your stay I thought that was tacky and then we asked for one and they said well if guests didn’t steal them you could have one! What? Why should we be punished? We bought two at the store and left them for the next guest. You should never tell a new customer the problem of past customers very unprofessional. And how much does a wine bottle opener cost?! If I buy wine I need something to open it with or don’t sell the wine!

I loved the calm, friendly, helpful front desk personnel. They were attentive to my needs. Also, the two women working weekdays at the breakfast area were wonderful. They worked so hard, helped patrons, and had sincere joy to serve. They also cared for the elderly.

The hall carpets were disgustingly filthy with dry spill stains. Also, Best Western advertised stay 2 nights and get a future night free. I called your main phone number to redeem this; but, I was told no since I booked with Booking.com. Please help me get my free night’s stay?

We stay at this hotel every Christmas Eve. This year we needed the accessible room. It was right close to the front desk. It is the most most user friendly accessible room I have had in any hotel. Toilets a little higher, sink easy to use with a wheelchair, shower easy in with seat and bed a little lower and easy to get into. Staff was very nice and helpful. A full Christmas breakfast was offered and the chef was out in the open area to share what was offered and show the way.

I didn't find anything I didn't like, except I would have liked to stay a little longer. We'll be back next year.

Everything was nice the bed was super comfy and the balcony was a plus it was a wonderful day and night so I was able to go out and walk on the beach and wake up to the sounds of the inlet .

I booked the spa room and the spa tub didn't work .when I said that at checkout the rude inattentive front desk lady with the colorful hair didn't even apologize or anything just very dismissive I notice that from her the whole trip with other guest and her fellow colleagues.She is messing up your beautiful hotel with her attitude.

It was pretty dirty. The room smelled a bit like cigarettes and the basement, that you had to walk through to get to the pool, wreaked of mold/mildew. The pool itself smelled pretty bad, too. I don’t know if there’s not enough chlorine being used or what, but the water was a little murky and it didn’t smell right.

Beds were comfortable and our room was so peaceful. Loved the view. Woke up to listening to the wonderful ducks, geese, and seagulls chirps. We didn't eat the breakfast. We slept in and enjoyed our beds. Staff was amazing!

We only noticed the carpets in the hall on the way to our were dirty. Our room it was fine. There was a notice that they were making upgrades to the hotel. Which is good.

Convenient. Great price for two beds

Not a huge selection of breakfast in the a.m. was left to choose from. Wi-Fi was down. Plus they required us to put a parking pass in our cars. Just inconvenient in the rain. They need a fan in one spot.
