The views around the hotel are simply spectacular. The rooms are lovely, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

My only criticism would be around the booking process. For a “spa” hotel, access to the spa facilities are incredibly limited. If you do not book access to the 268 club alongside your room (for c$130 more), forget about being able to enjoy a dip in the pool and enjoy the sauna. We were incredibly lucky that a) we were visiting mid-week, and b) the Director of Rooms was on hand to help. Considering the confusion (and the earache I received from my other half about booking a spa hotel, where she couldn’t use the spa), we were provided with complimentary access to the 268 club. Which managed to flip a potentially disastrous stay, into a wonderful experience. Top marks to our saviour of the hour.

Loved the vibe of the entire lodge- it’s rustic, romantic and just feels relaxing. The dining room had 5 star service, and insanely good food. We had fresh oysters, the 17oz Filet and plenty of wine to match. The attic had fantastic drinks and tasty snacks as well. I can’t think of a better stay-cation date weekend spot to get away for a night or two without the kids.

The valet lingered WAY too long for a tip when dropping off the bags. That was a major turnoff. I probably would have grabbed some cash at the atm and laid them on a fat tip later if not for that. I’m talking 5 minutes of awkwardness.

Beautiful location! Lovely comfortable hotel with touches of luxury. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the falls. Staff were friendly and helpful - particularly at checkin and Damon, our lovely waiter.

Reservations at the temporary Attic restaurant were running behind schedule. We don’t know whether this was exceptional circumstances. Lack of reference to Twin Peaks - our main reason for visiting.

Everything about this place was beautiful (other than the cost). The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, the sites around the property were beautiful.

The price of the rooms and the food. It feels like it you're paying that much for the room, other things should be included. It doesn't have to be all inclusive, but something other than water and cofee

Magnificent setting next to the famous Snoqualmie waterfalls which are a very short walk away (viewpoints and trail), with proper Twin Peaks vibes! Staff was lovely and accommodating where possible.

It's not cheap and breakfast wasn't even included for the price but other than that really nothing to say (there are renovations ongoing so not all F&B venues were open)

The service was phenomenal. The views were phenomenal. The rooms were phenomenal. The food was phenomenal and they didn’t nickel and dime you. I paid nothing for a bottle of water in my room and if I wanted more water I could go to the front desk. every afternoon they had champagne and some different mixture depending in it depending what the flavor of the week was. The people went out of their way to make your life easier. I was walking really fast in the hallway to my room and someone stopped me to ask me what they could help me with and I didn’t understand why. She said because I was running she assumed I might need something. WOW!

there’s not a deck in every room.

The Salish lodge staff were wonderful. Friendly, and willing to talk to us. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooms were positioned to give privacy and yet enjoy the Snoqualmie river falls. Restaurant was good food, and well presented. Restaurant Staff was informative, but not pushy.

Booklet, or Pamphlet about the history of the Snoqualmie Falls- Salish lodge- transformation through the years. Great history not really captured by the park like reader boards.

I’m a travel Nurse doing an assignment in Seattle and wanted the family to come from Florida to experience Seattle. My husband and I came to see the Falls during a snow storm a few weeks ago and noticed the lodge and decided that we would bring the kids. They were so excited to do the snow tubing and and loved the Salish Lodge. Nit to mention the fact that it was at the falls and to top it off had the fireplace and grill side s’mores at 8pm! The hotel was clean, and a quick and easy check-in/out! Pleasant staff no matter the which department from the valet to the room service; everyone was professional, competent, attentive and friendly! The meals were amazing! Even the welcome drink was literally WELCOMING! We will definitely be back!

Beyond the joy of being at the “Great Northern” from Twin Peaks this hotel is just magical. The location is stunning and the patio room with the tub for two and fire pit is the perfect way to spend a relaxing evening for two. The spa is relaxing and a perfect way to wind down and de-stress.
